Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • Great styling, to many rattles - 2004 Honda Accord
    By -

I bought my 03 Accord Coupe in September 03. Im writing this here because the only difference between the 04 and the 04 is that the newer model has satelite radio. I love the cars styling, and Ive never driver a car that was more comfortable. My only negative comment is that the interior and exterior has too many rattles for a 5 month old car. The ceiling and doors inside all squeak when going over bumps (started soon after purchase) and the exterior bottom running boards rattle going over bumps. Also, when the temp is greater than 50 degrees, my clutch clicks loudly every time it is pressed or released -- spring problem.

  • Great Value Car - 2004 Honda Accord

Had 5 Hondas (2 Accords and 3 Civics) and have been a very satisfied Honda customer. This is my 6th Honda and 3rd Accord. Though I had this one for only a week, I have been thoroughly impressed with what Honda has done to the 2004 EX. The interior is very nice and comfortable. You get almost the same amenities as what you will get with a luxury car. And I can really feel the quality build with the tight sound when you close the door. Handles very nicely.

  • Best Car EVER! - 2004 Honda Accord

I used to only buy Ford products, but after Ford failed me and a Lemon Lawsuit later... I bought a Honda and I love it. Best car I have ever had. Even with the V-6 engine, I am getting over 320 miles to the tank. Thats great for me since I travel 90 miles a day! If you are looking to buy an Accord... DO IT! It will be the best move you will ever make. My husband trys to drive it like a racecar since its so peppy. Good Luck if you buy it!

  • Wow...blows away my 1997 Civic EX - 2004 Honda Accord
    By -

Ive been yearning over this car for a year (to replace great 1997 Civic EX sedan). I fall into the "love the rear end of this car" camp. Have owned it for less than 48 hours, and I love it...ergonomics, interior noise (minimal), comfort, features. Test drove AT and MT. AT was good, MT was awesome.

  • Good, But Not Great - 2005 Honda Accord
    By -

Lots of pep under 50 mph, but 4 banger accelerates slowly at higher speeds. Feel every crack/bump in the road due to harsh suspension. Too much wind noise, and sunroof makes a buzzing sound when going over 40 mph on rough surfaces. Seats are a little uncomfortable for a 250 lb. heavyweight. Averaging 33 mpg.

  • 1997 Accord LX 5 Speed - 1997 Honda Accord
    By -

I bought this car used with about 62,xxx miles on it. Now I only have about 66,xxx miles on it. But I have only owned it for a few months. This car lives up to its reputation and beyond that. Coupled with the 5 speed manual transmission, this car dips for a 2.3L. This car is fantastic for the everyday driver, fuel economy is great.

  • Unbelievable - 2001 Honda Accord

  • Only 1 week and I love it! - 2008 Honda Accord
    By -

Had been curious about the 08 since it came out; have been driving my wifes old 4Runner and wanted something with better fuel economy & smoother ride. My other option was a Jetta but after test drive this won hands down with the bang for the buck. I previously had a 01 Acura CL Type- S and the ride is similar; interior design not all that much different than the TL and on the EX-L you get most of the same options; plus the added roominess in the 08 helps w/ a family. Was able to get a Polished Metal w/ Gray interior right off the truck.

  • Excellent Value with some small problems - 1995 Honda Accord
    By -

I purchased my Accord/EX in April 95 and have driven it ever since. Love the handling and comfort. Very very trustworthy car. I turn the key each morning and fully expect it to run flawlessly - even with more than 100K miles on it now. Plan to drive it to the yard after I get tired of driving it or if the odometer wraps around, which ever comes first.
