Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Excellent car. - 2006 Honda Accord
By Peter Larouse - February 8 - 8:20 amWe have had our car for three weeks now. Got the carbon bronze color. Think it is beautiful inside and out. Decided for the V6 and we are glad we did. The engine is silent and the shifts very smooth. So far, not a rattle or any annoying noise. This is a comfortable car and you get a lot for your money. Several people have come up to ask us about the car, and we got compliments on its looks.

Honda did it again - 2008 Honda Accord
By 4timesAccordOwner - February 7 - 9:06 pmThis is my 4th Honda Accord, its just getting better and better. I have test drove the Toyota Camry and the Nissan Altima. The Accord is smoother and comforter. Lots of legs room and has the most stylish/best looking interior than the other 2.

One of the Best - 2005 Honda Accord
By Jerry S. - February 7 - 3:46 pmIve had this car for only 1 week now and if its possible to love a piece of metal, then I must admit, I love this car. I find it to be a really fun car to drive, plently of pep (for 4 cyls.) and extremely comfortable and responsive. I would unhesitatingly reccomend it to anyone who want a quality car at a resonable price.

Great Car crappy CVT - 2014 Honda Accord
By ryan - February 7 - 10:12 amI use the car for work and drive 30K a year! I have owned several CVT vehicles before this and this by far has the worst CVT I have ever owned. Car shutters until warmed up and I recently lost reverse until warmed up. Honda dealer replaced the valve body in the CVT as that is Hondas fix for the Accords and CRVs with this issue. This is a common problem in the 13-14 Accord and CRV. I now have reverse again however the shutter is still there. Besides the CVT its a great car! This is probably my fourth or fifth Honda and up to this car Honda for me meant reliability and resale. This will be my last Honda as the reliability is a real concern. I just bought my wife a 16 Pathfinder Platinum as the Pilot Elite has known transmission issues as well. Sorry Honda you lost me as a customer!

Good solid sedan - 2009 Honda Accord
By hutch7 - February 5 - 12:53 pmI bought this car after a bad experience with a Hyundai. The Honda is head and shoulders above its Korean cousin. The Accords handling and road manners are impeccable. Interior is roomy and very ergonomic. The engine is very responsive and smooth for a 4 cyl. Gas mileage is pretty good (currently getting 23 city/ 30 highway). Road noise is higher than other sedans in this class but not horrible. I expect that when I eventually replace the OEM Dunlops that road noise and handling will both improve. Trunk is not huge but big enough. Appearance is of course very subjective but to me the car looks an awful lot like a 5 series BMW. Fit and finish is without equal in this class and for around 20K

Too many rattles - 2003 Honda Accord
By ricksaccord - February 5 - 10:00 amThis car has great features and for the money it cant be beat. I seriously considered the G35 but the interior quality and features for the money were far superior in the Honda. Gas mileage has been surprisingly good for the amount of power.Interior quality is very good (no hard plastic) but numerous rattles are dissappointing to see in a Honda.
