Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

New 2013 Honda Accord Sport Sedan - 2013 Honda Accord
By rockamatic - June 7 - 12:52 pmTheres a few minor issues I have with this new car. The drivers side rear-view mirror has this silly feature where it bends the image. So when youre on the highway and a car is coming up in the lane to your left, it appears that theyre turning into you. The first time I saw this I swerved and nearly drove off the road. The other thing is that the glove compartment door is very shiny. It reflects the light from the window, so you see constant flashing out of your right eye. Also your head is too close to A-pillar. Another thing, the newly designed car went way up in price. There are many comparable models such as the Kia Optima and the Hyundai Sonatoa, or even a Civic is a pretty nice ca

Traded in my Mercedes - 2004 Honda Accord
By PhysiciansInc. - June 7 - 10:00 amFor the last 15 years I have driven Mercedes Benz automobiles. Honestly it was part of my image, I took tremendous pride in the appearance of my vehicle a 500SL convertible which I had paid over 85k. At 46k miles I experienced several mechanical breakdowns so I took it to the dealer without any help: Fustrated I rented a enterprise rental vehicle (a honda Accord) to drive 500miles I was so happy I sold my mercedes and purchased this flawless Accord with Navigation system. I must admit I dont get the thumbs up from passers bye but the overall confidence of this vehicle and predictability factor is worth it!!..

By cvic22 - June 7 - 10:00 amFor a car that has most everything the average consumer wants, without the unnecessary extras, look no further than the Honda Accord.

GREAT regardless of the weather - 2009 Honda Accord
By Tom Ballantyne - June 7 - 7:26 amI drive at least 25,000 miles per year, and this HONDA auto, with high performance all-season tires is GREAT regardless of the weather. This is very sporty and comfortable for me and my friends who ride with me all over the country, and driving up to 9,000 foot high mountain roads, this is still VERY NICE!

Whats wrong with the brakes? - 2009 Honda Accord
By mtoda - June 7 - 2:30 amOverall we purchased our Honda Accord because of past experience owning one. Too bad for us that we found out that there are some build quality issues that, while not life threatening, are annoying nonetheless on a new car. These include such things as squealing brakes, adhesive protruding out behind plastic panels, and loose rear view mirror. Our manual transmission also is not as smooth as weve been accustomed too. We will be taking it into the dealership to see if we can get any of these issues taken care of. Unfortunately for Honda this will be the last Honda that we will buy.

This is a short one - 2005 Honda Accord
By Tim27 - June 4 - 3:23 pmBasically I got the car in June brand new and I love it. Incredibly fun to drive. Great pick up. Everything about the car is amazing EXCEPT one thing I have noticed...there is a wicked blind spot to your back left. Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about this car.

3rd Accord and mostly loving it. - 2016 Honda Accord
By George - June 4 - 2:14 amI was excited to get an EX sensing coupe for the price of an LX coupe. The wheels are much nicer on the EX. Coming from an 07 Accord coupe v6 and the improved fuel economy is amazing. I do miss the power of the v6, but the power is acceptable and allows for easy merging. Im also getting better combined mileage in traffic than I ever did with straight highway driving and no traffic with the old v6. The plethora of listening options are great and Android Auto works very well on my Galaxy S7. I do however, wish that I could use Pandora while Android Auto was active, and that the sound system was a little better. I was expecting a bit more from the upgraded system with subwoofer. Sound quality isnt the greatest, and neither is the bass, even with the sub. The ride strikes a very nice balance between compliance and sportiness. It feels planted, but not harsh.
