Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • Leather seats - 2010 Honda Accord

This is my second Honda Accord. My first was a 1999 EX-L I never had one issue with my leather seats. They were great quality. It had 240,000 miles when I sold it and they had the normal wear but no cracks. My 2010 Accord I have now the seats are ripping and Ive already replaced one armrest and its tearing again. They are so cheap!!! It ridiculous you spend this much money on something and its junk!! Im very disappointed in the quality of leather. It looks like crap!!

  • The best Honda yet - 2016 Honda Accord

This car rides beautifully, securely, confidently whether its on dry or wet roads. I absolutely love this car. If you want a car that looks great, super reliable, with a great ride, attention to quality and high resale value, Honda is the best. Forget cheap Nissans and boring Toyotas. No one beats Honda. Hondas last longer and its a better buy than Mercedes, BMWs, Audis and Lexus.

Not looking to purchase a Honda I came across the Accord Coupe and I had to have it. The looks, ride, and quality are second to none. I highly recommend the Accord Coupe to anyone looking to buy a new car considering fuel economy.

Its a great car, and the dealers know it, so you have to haggle a lot ti get a decent price. I had to walk from the same dealer three times and refused to return until they eould deal.

Great car ! Very reliable. Just make sure timing belt is good and the car will last forever!

  • Incredible (for a 13 year old car) - 1991 Honda Accord
    By -

Pros: Roomy, comfortable, RELIABLE, still looks nice after 13 years. Interior still perfect. Handles like a dream. Quiet ride on Yokohama Avid H4. Good low and high end power. Cons: Rust. Automatic transmission tends to gear hunt a bit. Expensive routine maintenance (Honda plugs, Honda fluids, Honda filters, Honda pads, Honda rotors). Rust Timing belt every 60-90,000 miles. Rust. Windows tend to rattle and the track bolts need to be thread-locked into place. And did I mention rust? Verdict: SPECTACULAR budget commuter car.

Good car for the money. You get a great name for less bucks! Great gas mileage in the age of HIGH gas prices.

  • My New Accord - 2004 Honda Accord

I just got my 2004 Accord EX (Sedan w/ Leather) this past weekend & completely love this car. On top of the realiability & affordibility youve come to expect from Honda (Ive driven Hondas for 10 years), Honda has done a great job making you feel like youre riding in a luxury car that should cost $10,000 more, easy. I love the sleekish exterior, but the interior is where I feel the Accord really shines. Its such a comfortable ride that gives you everything you need whether you have a family or whether you are single, like me, and just want the space & the ammenities of a family sedan.

Vehicle drives like a $20k car. The road noise needs improvement. I drove a 97 Volvo 850 for the past 12 years and the Volvo was quieter than the Honda on the highway. I am not sure if different tires would do the trick or maybe a redesigned suspension. I also own a 08 GMC Sierra Crew Cab which has a smoother ride than the Accord; it may be because of the longer suspension but the truck has 20 inch wheel which means less tire to absorb bumps and it still rides better. I purchased the Honda because it gave the most bang for the buck for the size and comfort the vehicle offers. Overall the Honda is nice and stylish, all that needs to be worked on is the road noise and ride.
