Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Well this is my second Honda vehicle in the last year. I just purchased a 2003 Honda Element a year ago to the date when I purchased our new Accord EX-L with the navigation (for the wife, yeah right!). I love everything about this car. The stick shift is unbelievable, smooth as butter. It drives and handles like a champ. The inside comfort is second to none. And the navigation is absolutely awesome. Display nearest restaurants is my favorite option. You can not beat the value for the price. I paid a little over invoice and I do not regret it one bit. All I can say is Honda delivers some of the finest vehicles in the business.

  • An amazing car - 1997 Honda Accord

These cars continually amaze me. I bought mine from the first owner, and it had 100K on it. I couldnt believe how well it still ran, though. It was like driving a new car. The only thing the previous owner had replaced was the tires and the timeing belt. Its a beautiful looking car, and is so solidly built Ill easily be able to run up another 100K on it before I even need to think about replacing anything.

What a great car! It looks great, the V6 is a blast to drive, and with 70K miles on mine, it still feels, looks, and drives like its 6 months old!

This car will take off! Fuel economy not as good as my 2000 4cyl Accord. Ive babied it for 19mpg in town and I deliver pizza two nights a week. I havent taken a road trip yet so we shall see. HEATED seats are wonderful. Radio system could use some equalizer presets and usb ports buts sounds ok. A road trip will tell me more about road noise. Very sleek look and fun to drive.

I have had my Honda now for almost 8 years and it is GREAT! I have not had to sink tons of money into it. I recommend a Honda to everyone.

  • Better than Toyota - 2006 Honda Accord

We tested them all, we settled on the Camry and the Accord. The Camry had a very bad wind noise ( we tested several). The Honda Accord Ex,Leather, with Navigation was our final choice, Love the car and it gets the posted mpg both city and highway. I feel the Honda will hold its value and last a very long time.

  • My First Honda--and still loving it! - 1990 Honda Accord

My 1990 Accord is the first car I bought on my own. Its my first non-American car (had Chevrolets and Buicks). I have kept this car for longer and for more miles than all my previous cars combined- 14+ years and 155,000 miles and still running strong! I have excellent mechanics who take great care of it. We just bought an Odyssey (family growing) but I hate having to sell this very reliable Accord.

Came from a 2015 Toyota Camry XSE V6 with technology package: Was totaled in wreck. Thought I would try the accord touring this time, even though I really liked the Camry I had. First and foremost: Felt I got a little better price on the Honda vs the Toyota. Ride comfort is a bit smoother, and has more technology with the Honda sensing package. Acceleration on the touring is a little less peppy than the Camry v6, but good enough. Sport mode improves this a bit. Interior is more roomy and more comfortable for longer drives. Stereo system is a little weak for a 360 watt system, but Camry has dissapointed in this area as well. But the audio and navigation features are better on the accord. I have only been driving it for 3 weeks as of this writing. I have to say I like the accord so far.
