Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • Great Upgrade - 2005 Honda Accord
    By -

Decided to trade in my 2001 for the new 2005 with Nav and I am extremely happy with it. Fit and finish are near perfect and the extra 40hp is VERY nice. Better pickup and smoother/quieter cruising speed. The navigation system is worth the money. Much better than a portable unit that I used in my 2001 Accord. Voice activation is really useful/fun and just plain cool :)

  • Im Impressed!!! - 2005 Honda Accord

This is a great vehicle. Honda did there homework with this car and let me tell you it lacks in no areas. This is a luxury vechicle all the way around. Honda even thought of having the steering wheel controls light up. The car rides great and just feels very refined. Ive owned alot of vehicles in my life and none had the whole package like this car does. Do yourself a favor and test drive this car before you buy anything else. I was blown away by just everything about this car.

  • Best Purchase EVER! - 1990 Honda Accord
    By -

I bought this car new and never knew it would last almost 15 years! It just died at 324,000 miles, but if I could fix it myself I would keep it! Unfortunately the repair would be more expensive than the car. I kept up all the general maintenance and no real problems. I never had to replace the clutch!! How many car manufacturers can do that?!? This car was the best investment I have ever made and would gladly do it again! I will own another Honda!!!

  • My First Honda - 2007 Honda Accord

Picked up demo on 03/13/07 with 5100 miles. Excellent ride, very comfortable leather seats. Car should have headlights that turn on automatically and should have mirrors that dim automatically too. Should have an MP3 plug too. I bet these items will be in the revised 2008 model. I was considering a G35 but it seemed too tight inside and the steering wheel seem very small. Loving my first Honda.

  • Great car - 2010 Honda Accord

I bought 19.3k for this car (destination charge included). Not sure if this is a great deal. I showed the invoice price from edmunds and asked for something cheaper than edmunds price. I like the car so far. I owned an Accord before. This is my 2nd Accord. Very reliable car.

  • New Honda Fan - 2002 Honda Accord

I was hesitant to buy an Accord because everyone has one. But after my test drive I can see why thats the case. Its a great car, fun to drive, and I know it is reliable from Hondas strong reputation. I love the features that came standard on this car. It is a definite upgrade from my Sunfire.

  • This is a smart buy - 2002 Honda Accord

  • What a blessing !!! - 1999 Honda Accord
    By -

We are the original owners of this car. Our Accord has over 180,000 miles on it. I have changed the oil every 5000 miles and done all other normal maintenance myself. We took it into the dealership to have the timing belt replaced as spec. by Honda. Other than that this car has never needed anything but gas and someone in the drivers seat. This has been the most amazing vehicle. I agree with one of the other reviewers when they said "they got more than they paid for." Honda has made a believer out of me.

  • WHAT HAPPENED HONDA? - 2002 Honda Accord
    By -

Being a loyal Honda buyer for several years and having a short experience with an unreliable European sedan I decided to come back to Honda. I bought a 2002 Accord with all the options including leather interior and spoiler. The car has been nothing more than a complete dissapointment. The fuel economy very dissapointing as well as the ride and comfort of this car. The car is noisy and the interior appears to be put together VERY cheaply with tons of squeeks and rattles to visit the dealership over. I owned 5 Hondas before my Volvo and they were high quality cars that were comfortable and drove well. Honda what are you doing to your cars?

  • Window Issues - 2003 Honda Accord
    By -

The car is excellent in every respect except with the windows. The driver and passenger window has poorly designed seal making for air wooshing sounds. The back windows, when opened on the freeway, shound like someone is running a jack hammer in the back seat. That the only thing I can call a problem. The car is a charmer and I think Ill keep this one for a few awhile.
