Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • Love it! - 2006 Honda Accord

This is our first Honda in several years. We replaced a Chrsler 300C and have to say we love this Honda even more! Its fun to drive, comfortable, and has great features. The new rear end design with the dual exhaust gives it a very nice look. The seats are firm and comfortable and the leather is soft. No problems after 2500 miles and still loving to drive it! Feels solid and safe! Highly recommend!

  • Cant be beat for the money - 2001 Honda Accord

I have been in the automotive industry for 12 years, and I swear by Honda products. This is a top quality vehicle that is a great all-around sedan. It is fun to drive, and the VTEC engine is quick. I drive it on HWY 5 between San Jose and L.A. This car can cruise between 80MPH and 100 MPH with great control and feel. The ride is very smooth and comfortable. I have no problem climbing the mountains, or passing other vehicles. I would recommend Accord to anyone who wants a practicle, reliable, fun, inexpensive, safe, roomey, low-maintenance, and quick car! You dont need to spend an arm or a leg for top quality. BUY a HONDA today!

  • dream car: best one for the $$$ - 2000 Honda Accord

This car is my dream car. Sleek, sporty (with sun roof and spoiler) and quick. Love the leather interior and climate controls. Love the radio controls on steering wheel. With 26,000 miles, no problems. Car is quiet on the highway. Get compliments all the time!

This is my 2 Accord and I love it. Looks great, fantastic interior. Seats are really comfortable - like a luxury car. Perfect instrument panel. Reliable and great gas mileage. I have a 5-speed and love it. Feels like Im driving a sports car (the 3 kids in the back give me away though).

  • My 1997 SE - 1997 Honda Accord

This is my baby, I take it every where. I drive it to work everyday and would not be afraid to take it coast to coast if needed. She has 230,150 miles on here and have only had services every 60,000 miles except for the timing belt replacement at 105,000 and 210,000 miles. I have the oil changed every 5,000 miles and would recommend this vehicle to anyone who needed a good commuter vehicle, I got 28.9 miles per gallon on my last tank and Im well on my way to 300,000.

Was trying to decide between the Camry and the Accord. The Accord has so much style; a beautiful car and sporty (if youre not looking for the family thing). Its got a lot more power than expected from the 4 cyl and the handling is really nice. Much more sporty handling than the Camry. The exterior is beautiful, with a luxury look much like the Benz, and the controls are all conveniently placed. I drive it sometimes just for fun.

  • Very happy with Accord Sedan SE - 2007 Honda Accord

I very much enjoy my 2007 Honda Accord SE 4 cyl sedan. I am very suprised will the amount of power the engine has, not to mention that the tune up timing is far and few between. I hope that it will be able to keep the car running at the same quality that my current 2000 Honda Accord EX 6 cyl sedan has. Should I need to purchase another car I would look at the Honda Accord, as well as checking the market place for the best car for me. Given all things remaining the same i would have no trouble in purchasing the same 2007 Honda Accord SE 4 cyl sedan.

  • Best of the Best - 2006 Honda Accord

The bottom line is this is the best car ever built for the price, and in its class. It is fun to drive.

  • Worst Car Ive Ever Bought - 2009 Honda Accord
    By -

6th car Ive owned, 3rd Honda Accord. After the first day I realized how terrible the front seats are to sit in for more than 10 minutes. I think if youre less than 56" and 120 lbs, youll be alright. The driving noise inside the car is excessively loud. The acceleration is OK for a car of this price, but the traction leaves a lot to be desired. Dear Honda, Look at the 2000 Accord and think, "Wow, we used to make a good car". Thanks, Former Customer

  • Great Fun-to-Drive Car - 2004 Honda Accord

Honda makes the best shifting manual transmission in this category. Love the car, get 27-29mpg in mixed driving. 32-34mpg at high-speed interstated driving. Handling is decent w/ EX model. However, this is a torque engine, not much top-end kick to it, just a steady pull all the way to redline. No problems at all except sunglass holder pops open on its own - should be a warranty fix when I get around to it. No reservations about this purchase after 6,000 miles.
