Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • Best Car Most Features for Price - 2002 Honda Accord

No blind spots! Like the power, esp. like that both front seats adjust automatically. Dash is easy to read & all functions are at your finger tips. Back seat is roomier than friends Lexus. Like ability to lock trunk, fuel, back seat & pass-thru when leaving car with valet key.

  • No more American cars 4 me! - 2000 Honda Accord
    By -

4 cyl with all power. I have not had any mechanical problems with this car. Just hit 50K. The ride is nice and all the controls are laid out good. Gas mileage is ok for a 4 banger. The only thing that was replaced was the clock light bulb (not bad for 5 years) and normal wear/tear items (oil, brakes, tires). I would definitely buy another one if they had not changed the rear trunk design. I will have to step up to its big brother and get a Acura TL if I decide to trade it. The only cars I will buy now that are American made will be the muscle cars from the 60s & 70s.

  • Best Car Ive Owned Thus Far! - 2000 Honda Accord

This car is just awesome! I currently have 75K miles on my 2000 accord SE and it still runs just as good as the day I bought her brand new. No problems and still a pleasure to drive every day. Nice body style that should with stand ageing very nicely.

  • High Mileage Honda - 1990 Honda Accord
    By -

I purchased this car in Sept 1990 right out of college. 15 years later, it still takes me on long journeys reliably. I still get over 30 miles/gallon. Yes, the mileage is correct at 440,400.

  • honda hybrid power - 2005 Honda Accord

This car has more performance and mpg than I thought possible. It really gets 37 mpg highway and 29 city and is the most responsive car I have ever driven. However I only have 3000 miles on it so all the complication necessary to get mileage and performance may yet bite me.

  • 6spd Accord - 2003 Honda Accord
    By -

I have found that the accord 6spd v6 is very much fun to drive. It is extremely quick, good on fuel economy (26mpg for me), and very comfortable. At first I missed my 98 accord and thought it was noticeably more comfortable but as time went on I managed to find the correct seating arrangement and find the car extremely comfrotable now. Especially after I drive my parents Camry. I find that the features on this car are comparable to a luxury car. The only thing I wish Honda would have added were some HIDs.

  • Love IT - 2003 Honda Accord

i have always wanted to own a Honda Accord, since i was a teenager. I use to think that the price for them were out of my budget, but to my surprise i could afford it.

  • Crazy computer - 2017 Honda Accord
    By -

Computer on my month-old car is crazy. From cruise control, to AC to seat position remembering, I cant depend on this cars performance and have not yet been able to take it to the dealer. The car also talks to me when Im not inside and my phone is nowhere near. Crazy car. But love driving it. Smooth, easy to drive. And when I learn the complicated navigation, things will be great again.

  • Quick and Fun - 2005 Honda Accord
    By -

The vehicle is sporty for a Honda Coupe as it is matched with the 240 HP and the 6 speed manual along with a modification of the suspension. However, gas mileage is not terribly good, although for long trips in the sixth gear, you can actually get close to the high 20s MPG. Vehicle is fun to drive. I wanted a NAV package with the vehicle but could not find one. Vehicle has potential for a popular sports coupe if it had more HP and torque.

  • V6 coupe better than any domestic by far - 2001 Honda Accord
    By -

With gas prices so high Id get the V4 instead but the V6 can keep up with any domestic coupe. The ride quality is outstanding and as always its very reliable. Get the recalled transmission fixed (free at Honda) and the performance and already smooth ride improves. This is my 3rd Accord in a row and until they disappoint me Ill keep on getting them.
