Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Good but not Excellent like my 2003 - 2008 Honda Accord
By George - August 9 - 9:06 amThe seats in my 2008 which is just like a 2009 are considerably less than Im used to from Honda. They are definitely cutting corners and making the vehicle cheaper. I discovered one of the reasons to be that my 08 Honda was made in Japan and imported rather than made in Marysville like my others. I believe this made a considerable difference in vehicles and would recommend that anyone purchasing a new one look very close at assembly location on the window sticker...

My First Honda is 13 Years Old already! - 1992 Honda Accord
By Rose - August 8 - 1:21 pmI decided to purchase a Honda Accord used recently. It was the best decision I made in a car ever. The interior looks great. The maintenance on the car by the previous owners has lead me to believe that anyone who owns a Honda has a deep respect for it. Its a great car whether its 13 years old or 13 minutes old.

Wonderful piece of machinery... - 2004 Honda Accord
By monkshac - August 8 - 2:00 amThe Accord is truly an overachiever and provides you with the amenenities and performance of a $35k+ automobile (i.e. the Acura TL that Id almost bought before I decided to test drive the Accord). The 6 cyl. is absolutely necessary for anyone interested in not being a turtle. The nav system performs remarkably well and the new voice controls are very accurate and provide control over the majority of the cars features, all without forcing you to take your eyes from the road. (This becomes very important as the Accord likes to move as an Ohio State Trooper pointed out before Id even managed to shed my temporary tags.)

Good Buy - 2004 Honda Accord
By SEnglebardt - August 8 - 2:00 amAfter a bad experience with a Saturn, we took our car service mans advice and went for a Honda. So far its lived up to all expectations -- with some extra luxuries thrown in. For instance: great sound system, six CD player, heated leather seats and quick start heating system. Only negative: it could use a rear windown wicper.

Excellent Car - 2006 Honda Accord
By SL - August 7 - 11:16 pmThis is a great vehicle for the price. I had a 2003 Acura TL and the 2006 Accord - EX-L is nicer. This is my 9th Honda product and the price is great for all you get.

By Jeff Ohmer - August 7 - 10:00 amI traded my Civic in for this car and it has been a great purchase. The car runs great, it has great pick-up and a very smooth ride. The features on the SE are perfect for me. Great for the highway and in the city. A+ in my book!

3rd Honda and loving it! - 2002 Honda Accord
By sg101 - August 7 - 10:00 amOur first two Hondas were civics - reliable cars with great gas mileage. We decided to trade one in to upgrade to the Accord - needed more passenger room and desperately wanted an automatic after 8 yrs with a manual in southern california traffic. Our Accord is very roomy, good on gas mileage (our civics were better, but cant complain), and great pick-up for a 4 cylinder automatic. It actually has more power than our friends Accord DX manual. We absolutely love Honda and cant wait till they come out with the Honda Pilot. Thinking of trading in last civic for Hondas new SUV.
