Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Honda Accord V6 w/ Navi - 2009 Honda Accord
By pioneer79 - September 9 - 3:16 pmI purchased an Accord V6w/nav; white with beige leather interior and paid $26,700. (This is our fifth Accord). Car rides well; the interior layout is attractive. Seats are comfortable and adjustable; steering column and wheel adjusts fine. The nav. system includes a trip computer that calculates mileage. Averaging 24 MPG combined city and highway. Highway mileage was 28 MPG. Power steering pump broke after 400 miles; dealer said that was extraordinary and replaced it under the warranty. (That explains my low build quality rating.) There is a lot to learn about the car concerning nav system, Bluetooth, voice commands etc. Too much is made about the road noise; the road noise is fine.

Still Looks and Runs Great - 2000 Honda Accord
By Jeffrey - September 8 - 3:31 pmBought my VTech new - the 6 cylinder engine kicks - a little jerky off the line but the transition between other gears is slick. The car still looks contemporary (the spoiler helps) and people cannot believe it is 5 years old. It is fast and handles well.

Great Car - 2004 Honda Accord
By TwitchyHamster - September 8 - 10:00 amBuying experience was very pleasent and even though Ive only drove the car for 2 days now, I can honestly say that I am in love with it. The ride is smooth as a babys bottom, and extremely quiet. The features and "toys" of the particular package I got, are just simply wonderful. The Nav system as well as the XM sat radio are just "FUN" to use and work with. I live in south Florida and the AC is awesome.

RATTLES!!! - 2002 Honda Accord
By The Chosen One - September 6 - 2:00 amSQUEAKS: The car has a bunch of rattles coming from the sunroof area. Honda mechanics have ignored this. They say its part of the new model intros. where you get such things. Well, the squeaks should not happen on a car this price!! I had a Toyota Corolla for 15 years and 200,000 miles running thru my years in college. NEVER (even today) have I heard a squeak or rattle! ACCELERATION: WEAK. NO torque.

Nice car - 2002 Honda Accord
By searnest - September 6 - 2:00 amA nice car that has lived up to Hondas reputation of reliability so far. Very comfortable front seats for long commutes. Sound system is a little weak.

Good vehicle to last a long time - 1994 Honda Accord
By LovenHate - September 5 - 11:21 pmA good all around car with little improvement. A much better design than the 93 accord. Looks newer than it really is.

Very Happy - 2000 Honda Accord
By Holly W. - September 5 - 11:01 pmI just purchased this vehicle. This is my first car purchase and I couldnt be happier. It is a 2000 but only has 38700 miles. I had the dealership print me our a car history report and it has only had one owner and was very taken care of. I am very lucky I think becuase I believe Hondas are very reliable cars and I have always loved the Accords. I am happy with the interior since I came from driving a Civic. (liked it but definetly not as nice as the EXV6 Accord!) I love the power and the features!

When will the Big 3 ever get a clue? - 2006 Honda Accord
By dkwells1012 - September 4 - 10:13 pmThe LX-SE has great features in an outstanding car for decent money. You cant go wrong if you drive tons of business miles. Good feel from the road without being harsh. Great acceleration for a 4 cyl. Excellent resale value down the road.

Exactly What I Wanted - 2004 Honda Accord
By DocHoyle - September 3 - 10:00 amI did weeks and weeks of research before I bought my Accord, and so far I am very happy. I compared the Accord to the Mazda 6 and the Oldsmobile Alero, the Accord had the best resale and quality for the money.

A great car. Not perfect but excellent - 2013 Honda Accord
By dougbratman - August 31 - 2:18 pmThe Accord is put together very nicely. The power cloth are very adjustable and we just took our first long ride, 300 miles. The seat material is comfortable but is a throwback to the velour seats of 20 years ago. Controls are easy to operate. The EX features dual-zone climate control; heat doesnÂ’t come on until you set it to high. Roomy and secure inside. The rear-view mirror doesnt automatically adjust for bright lights. I was a little surprised at some of the wind noise I heard. On the road the Accord is very confidence inspiring. The CVT operated flawlessly and the acceleration was impressive. At 75 mph the car is quiet and solid. And highway mileage was 33.4 mpg.
