Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

80000 miles and no problems - 2000 Honda Accord
By HondaGuy - October 8 - 10:00 amThe Accord just runs and runs. I really DRIVE this car and it is a performer. The engine is smooth, powerful and quite. The car actually rides smoother with the "V" rated Bridgestone than OEM so give them a go. Fuel economy? Hummm! I drive 80- 85 mph whenever possible, lots of stop and go traffic in Metro DC area. Brakes are fantastic and definitely use Honda replacement parts. Also the scoop makes the car look sexy.

Feel bad when bought , no regret now - 1994 Honda Accord
By Sarar - October 6 - 11:53 amBought in Sep 1999, manual has 85K and in 6 years put 100K on it. Still running great. Wish to drive another 70K and make it 250,000 even without working on clutch work.

Car stalls and doesnt crank - 2014 Honda Accord
By Rich - October 6 - 1:37 amI wouldnt recommend buying the 2014 Honda Accord. It has a major safety issue and it isnt reliable. Ive called AAA several times for a jumpstart. The dealer says there isnt a problem with the car but they are WRONG!. I bought the car new and emergency jumper cables were included with the purchase. Hmm, I wonder why?

The Very Best I Could Find for the Money - 2006 Honda Accord
By John - October 5 - 2:43 amHad to decide whether to purchase the Honda Accord EX-L 4 cyl or the Hyundai Azera. I picked the Honda since it is a proven product over time. It is an outstanding ride even for someone 61". The ride is superb in every respect. Try it out and youll find it hard to say no to the purchase.

Accord = value - 2003 Honda Accord
By ZGuy - October 2 - 10:00 amI bought the 6cyl. LX rather than the 4 because of availability of a power seat, which I need for a serious medical problem. Anyway, I love the 6 as it gives amazing zip on regular fuel and 30 mpg on the highway. The ride and handling are smooth, but one can "feel" the road. The interior is laid out beautifully and erogonomically perfect. I like the stereo/cruise controls on the steering wheel. I got it below wholesale < well below invoice> and they threw in tint, splash guards and a 5yr/60K mile power train extended warranty. The only warranty work needed now is a rattle on the passenger side.

Honda Accord LX - 2003 Honda Accord
By TB1 - October 2 - 10:00 amNot as quiet as my 92. Lots of wind noise around front windows. Road/tire noise is more than my previous accords. Drivers door doesnt always want to close as easily as the other three. Automatic Transmision is 5 star. Engine has more power than my previous Accords. Dealership very concerned about customer satifaction.
