Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Fourth Honda - 2008 Honda Accord
By Bluesky - November 17 - 2:46 amSee my previous review 3-17-08. Only update is after about 5k miles the fuel mileage is less than I had anticipated. It is about 5 mpg less than the 2003 Honda V6 (previously owned)and about 8 mpg less than the 2006 Honda V6 (still own). Had I known what gas prices were going to do I might have opted for a more fuel efficient car.

Great Investment - 1994 Honda Accord
By Danny - November 15 - 1:19 amBought Aug 1998, put 25,000 iles per year average. I now have 264,000 miles and still running! Have only had a few repairs over the last 7 years and have no regrets. Minor trim issues (horn buttons, a/c knobs - broke off around 180,000 miles). All in all it has been a joy to own and caused no unusual problems!

Love This Car! - 2008 Honda Accord
By karen - November 14 - 8:33 pmI ordered this coupe in October and it arrived 2 weeks ago. From the moment I pulled out of the dealers lot...wow...excellent power and pickup. Even thought the roads had some ice on them I just kept driving. Cornering is excellent, handles better than the BMW 328xi I was considering (too expensive with expensive repairs).Stablity control is apparent, shift is smooth although the gear box is small, as compared to the SUVs I was used to driving. Brakes are sensitive and feel secure, no drift, but occ steering torque is apparent with some up shifting.

Great Car / Terrible Dealership - 2003 Honda Accord
By nyriz13 - November 14 - 10:00 amI had the car almost 2 weeks and I am satisfied. Fuel economy seems a little lacks but maybe its my driving. Pick up is great. I got the front under spoiler and the deck lid and fogs and tints. Many compliments. The dealership has alot to be desired. Had to scream and fight to get the dealership to honor a written agreement for my purchase at invoice price.

EX-V6 2-dr coupe Accord, 5M - 2003 Honda Accord
By 2nd Coupe owner - November 14 - 10:00 amReplaces 1998 Accord 2-dr coupe EX- V6. Additional features (outside temp, telescoping steering wheel, collapsing outside mirrors, additional air bags, etc.)are a nice addition. 2003 has lots more pick-up, hands down. I like the body style of the 1998 better than the current style, it may have to grow on me. Overall, it is a nice, fun car.

Great Value for the Money - 2003 Honda Accord
By Keyster - November 14 - 10:00 amI purchased this car to be my everyday useage vehicle. It is my 4th Honda and I see no reason why this car will not outperform the last 3 Hondas I have owned. It is much more refined, has a very powerful and responsive engine, and has many amenities that one has to pay extra for on a much more expensive car. I should know, I researched the competition (Altima & Camry). I also purchased a BMW 330i earlier this year which does not have all the features my Honda Accord EX V-6 lists as standard equipment. Overall you get a great deal at a very reasonable price with Honda reliablity and great resale value.

Honda Accord, why drive a Bimmer? - 2008 Honda Accord
By volvo hater - November 13 - 4:23 amI previously owned a Volvo and I was tempted to buy a 5 series BMW, but like my Volvo, I put on the brakes because I am still recovering from poor, costly and unnecessary repairs by three separate Volvo dealer service departments). Then, one day, I saw the new Accord on a parking lot and I said wow. Past Honda Accords have never appealed to me. I went to a dealer, sat in a bold beige leather EXL and bought it. I did not even test drive the car. So, I got a good looking car, Honda reliability at half a BMW price. I know a lot of people that are on second and third Hondas, so I am hoping that my car ownership experience leads me to become a loyal Honda owner too.

Whoops - 2009 Honda Accord
By douglas - November 12 - 1:23 pmAfter only 1500 miles, I concede I made a horrible mistake. Seats are killer, road noise is so bad I cant use my phone at times. Did I mention the seats are brutally bad.
