Overview & Reviews
As the model was fully redesigned for the 2003 model year, there are only a few changes on the 2004 Honda Accord. Availability of side curtain airbags has been expanded this year to four-cylinder EX models -- standard on those with leather, optional on cars with a cloth interior. All four- and six-cylinder EX models equipped with a leather interior now have XM Satellite Radio with three months of free service as standard equipment. And as with all Honda cars this year, a new seatbelt reminder system is standard. Accord models meeting California's stringent Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle (PZEV) standards -- all four-cylinder sedans equipped with automatic transmission -- will also be sold in the states of New York, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts.
- Tight build quality, quiet cabin, refined and powerful engines, reputation for quality and durability, high crash test scores.

Great first car - 2004 Honda Accord
By Jordan r - August 27 - 2:00 amThis car is great and probably the most enjoyable car i have ever driven. Even if i drive my moms caddy its just not the same. There is just something the accord offers that others dont. The handling could be a little sharper, but after putting on 18 inch chrome wheels and a set of 225/40/18 z-rated tires it can cut through corners with an amazing imptovement.

GREAT CAR - 2004 Honda Accord
By SFarrow11 - August 21 - 10:00 amI reciently owned a 2003 Honda Accord LX Sedan. I traded it in for the 04 EX V6 6MT Coupe; only because my wife purchased a family SUV and there is no need for another family car. I owned it for a little more than a year and put over 26000 miles on and, and never had a problem once. The car was flawless. Great ride, great power for a 4 Cyl, and outstanding fuel economy. Best in its class.

UPGRADE - 2004 Honda Accord
By SFarrow11 - August 21 - 10:00 amI reciently traded in my 2003 Honda Acoord LX Sedan for the 2004 EX V6 6MT coupe model, and I couldnt be happier. Not that I didnt adore my previous Accord. But I couldnt pass up the great deal. I was looking at the Acura TSX for a replacement since I already owned an Accord, but the Accord was a better value. I strongly suggest this car to anyone.

I Expected More - 2004 Honda Accord
By CarBuff - August 21 - 10:00 amOK Car. Drives well. Not particularly outstanding in anything but better than most $26,000 Japanese cars. However, worst dealer service ever encountered. Dealer lied about performing repairs. Really left a bad taste for Honda products. Also, rattles everywhere especially from the rear shelf.

Traded Cadillac for Honda! - 2004 Honda Accord
By deco drive - August 21 - 10:00 amI traded in my loaded Cadillac CTS with Nativagion today! AFter constant problems with the CTS and GM just manufacturing horrible vehicles with worse service, I couldnt take it anymore. Today, I saved over $10,000 on a car that has more acceleration, though a little less horsepower, every bell & whistle I can imagine, absolutely a blast to drive and I could not be happier. The dealer was fabulous and I am absolutely satisfied!

Great running BUT - 2004 Honda Accord
By Darbee Lee - August 15 - 8:33 pmThe paint and the interior leather and trim have held up very. Dry poorly. Paint was horrible after 5 years!

Awesome Accord! - 2004 Honda Accord
By PJM - August 10 - 3:30 amThis is my favorite car yet! We have owned a few Accords over the years, any this 04 is by far the best. It is sooo quiet, powerful, confident, efficient, and high-tech. I absolutely love the Navigation system and how intuitive it is with the steering wheel and voice commands. We got 30.1 actual MPG on our first 300 miles (2/3 highway). I plan to keep this car forever, which is a great feeling!
