Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Just my assessment - 2006 Honda Accord
By BOBK - August 22 - 11:13 amOverall Nice car. Have some annoying squeaks from the dashpot when cold. Some rattle from the right side also. Appears to be from the glove compartment. Good gas mileage. Quick heat. Nice stereo. Price has dropped since last year. You probably can buy them for at least 500 below the dealer invoice, around $19,400, maybe less.

My 2005 HAH @ 12,000 miles - 2005 Honda Accord
By EllenC - August 21 - 5:22 pmMy work commute is 40+ miles round trip in mixed urban/suburban driving and I get about 32 mpg. On a recent highway trip, with some rolling terrain, it was about 40 mpg. I bought the 2005 Accord Hybrid because it had the V6 "giddy-up" thats needed for the crazy traffic conditions in our area, combined with great eco-friendly fuel economy. Although he may disagree, I find it as fun to drive as my husbands BMWs...the 3 series, the 530i, or the 745i. I only wish that it had a power passenger seat, auto-tinting mirrors, and bluetooth technology.

Traded Cadillac for Honda! - 2004 Honda Accord
By deco drive - August 21 - 10:00 amI traded in my loaded Cadillac CTS with Nativagion today! AFter constant problems with the CTS and GM just manufacturing horrible vehicles with worse service, I couldnt take it anymore. Today, I saved over $10,000 on a car that has more acceleration, though a little less horsepower, every bell & whistle I can imagine, absolutely a blast to drive and I could not be happier. The dealer was fabulous and I am absolutely satisfied!

I Expected More - 2004 Honda Accord
By CarBuff - August 21 - 10:00 amOK Car. Drives well. Not particularly outstanding in anything but better than most $26,000 Japanese cars. However, worst dealer service ever encountered. Dealer lied about performing repairs. Really left a bad taste for Honda products. Also, rattles everywhere especially from the rear shelf.

UPGRADE - 2004 Honda Accord
By SFarrow11 - August 21 - 10:00 amI reciently traded in my 2003 Honda Acoord LX Sedan for the 2004 EX V6 6MT coupe model, and I couldnt be happier. Not that I didnt adore my previous Accord. But I couldnt pass up the great deal. I was looking at the Acura TSX for a replacement since I already owned an Accord, but the Accord was a better value. I strongly suggest this car to anyone.

GREAT CAR - 2004 Honda Accord
By SFarrow11 - August 21 - 10:00 amI reciently owned a 2003 Honda Accord LX Sedan. I traded it in for the 04 EX V6 6MT Coupe; only because my wife purchased a family SUV and there is no need for another family car. I owned it for a little more than a year and put over 26000 miles on and, and never had a problem once. The car was flawless. Great ride, great power for a 4 Cyl, and outstanding fuel economy. Best in its class.

Fun car for a family sedan - 2006 Honda Accord
By Mark - August 21 - 12:43 amWe replaced our 95 Camry with this Honda, and no regrets!! Whereas it is roomy inside, you dont feel that you are on a boat. This can not be said of the 2006 Camry. No problems whatsoever in the 5 months we drove it.

Hybrid is Excellent Choice - 2005 Honda Accord
By scott s - August 20 - 10:30 amThis was the best car purchasing experience I have had in 15 years of buying. Buy through Honda.com! They really do give you the best price. Even though this is a new vehicle, I still paid what I wanted, and got extras free. The car is tight! Quiet, comfortable, and a joy to drive. It takes a while to get used to the autostop, but you actually enjoy sitting at stop lights burning no fuel. It has pep too. The V6/electric motor combo is awesome. Merging w/traffic is easy despite the title "hybrid". I averaged 26mpg my first tank of nearly 100% short trip, stop and go. The few times I got on the highway I could immediately see the mileage cruise to above 35!

Sweet Ride!!! - 2005 Honda Accord
By DSL - August 20 - 6:26 amSo far so Great! You wont find a smoother V6\6spd combo. Trust me! Why spend thousands more for other "luxury" brands? Honda has smashed the competition with this car. Plenty of speed, creature comforts, and most of all refined like none other.
