Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Quite good for a sporty car - 2003 Honda Accord
By JR - September 21 - 3:00 amIn a nutshell, I sold my 03 RSX type S and got the Accord instead. More comfort, power and its not a kids car. Handling is good for what it is. Power is very good. Auto shifts crisp but get the transmission recall done if you have not done so. VERY IMPORTANT.

So smooth! - 2007 Honda Accord
By mssp - September 20 - 11:00 pmI finally thought it was time to let go of my beloved 1994 Accord and replace it with another one. I looked at the options out there and kept coming back to the 2007 Accord. Im glad I made the right decision!

Japan built accords last longer! - 1999 Honda Accord
By cer - September 20 - 7:55 ami bought my accord used, the ulev edition, which is built in japan. the transmission is only now, at 199,000 miles, is starting to slip a little, mostly due to old tranny fluid. american built hondas are the ones that are giving the company a bad rap. you cant build a japanese product outside of japan, it just wont work. wont buy another honda because they majority are built in the u.s. now, but will never rule out buying a used one after researching where the car was built.

2005 Honda Accord with Nav. - 2006 Honda Accord
By Punch - September 18 - 11:06 pmI have owned Mb, BMW, Acura, Cad ,etc. This Accord Hybrid is one outstanding car. I traded my 2004 Acura TL for the 2005 Accord Hybrid. Great decision. Burns regular fuel as opposed to premium for the TL. Had to replace all 4 tires on the TL after 18,000 miles. Although I am a BMW lover for all around driving the Accord Hybrid cant be beat.

Love my Accord hybrid - 2005 Honda Accord
By George - September 17 - 11:56 pmExcellent car, it is comfortable and fast with good handling. My overall mileage for the last 8000 miles is 30.7. Probably representing about 70% city driving. In local suburban driving I get from a low of 25 mpg if it is a shopping trip with lots of stops and starts, to 30 mpg in more typical point to point trips. On the highway the mileage at 70 mpg ranges from 34 to 43 depending on wind and other factors. My average highway is probably about 37.

Blue Streak - 2008 Honda Accord
By Blue Streak - September 16 - 10:43 pmThis is a Great Car!! Had it for 2 weeks. Great comfort in the Accord. Plenty of zip!! Awesome mileage 22 in town!! Great fit and finish. Havent really pushed it yet, but fun to drive! I have had no issues. Unless you count getting rear ended 2 days ago (ugh!! didnt even have my new plates yet). New bumper on the way!! Color is great and have had several compliments already. Quiet with a great ride. Awesome stereo!! Plenty of room in the back for our 14 year old daughter and her two friends. Based on first two weeks everyone should buy one. Wanted a 6 speed, but impossible to find. Traded in a premium gas guzzling/problem plagued 2004 RX8. It was fun to drive but too many problems.

Accord 98DX - 1998 Honda Accord
By Mitch - September 16 - 1:53 pmMy 98 Honda Accord DX has been a real treat to own and drive. It is economical to drive and maintenance is almost non-existant. I have had no problems with this car in 8 years of ownership. Tires, lube, oil and a change of belts attached to the engine are the only things I have had to attend to. The interior is well thought out and the instruments well placed. The exterior is stylish and nice to look at.

I Love My Honda Accord Hybrid - 2005 Honda Accord
By Unice R. Yancey - September 16 - 7:19 amI own the 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid and appreciate the ingenuity that was put in this car. It is spacious, very comfortable for my 2 hour trips back and forth to work and I did not have to spend a lot of money on gas even when the gas prices were high. I was very cognizance of my speed and the road conditions which limited my gas expenses. I will definitely buy another Honda Hybrid in the next year or so. Thanks Honda!

Accord-ing to me - 2005 Honda Accord
By rebeccaarndt1 - September 16 - 6:46 amI like the look and feel of this car. It has alot of pep for a 4 cyl. and is very comfortable to drive on long trips. It has standard ABS and side airbags which is a plus. The back seat has enough legroom for adult passengers which is great when you are a designated driver. Great car!!
