Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

2007 Honda Accord EX-L 4dr automatic - 2007 Honda Accord
By Linda - November 9 - 4:36 pmHave been driving the car for a month. Seats are not comfortable, a lot of wind and road noise. The dash has a consistent rattle which Honda has worked on twice. Rep from company is coming this week. Well see what happens. Honda makes their cars so that they have a slight pull to the right which I do not like. This feature doesnt make the car fun to drive.Only the drivers seat has automatic seat adjustments and the lumbar control is on a different side of the seat.

Honda road noise - 2008 Honda Accord
By JAMES - November 9 - 12:10 pmThe car rides well and handles well. Honda still does ride as well as most American cars and the suspension is a little too stiff.

Im back Honda - 1991 Honda Accord
By PickHonda - November 7 - 11:59 pm3 yrs ago I sold my Integra and have missed it everyday. I bought a Mazda/Ford 626 and regret it. Since its sat broken for the last yr, I needed something to get me to work and school. I found my Accord for sell for a scamp $900. It had a dented fender and a $100 paint job. Its got over 220k, but that didnt discourage me. It runs like a Honda (like a Swiss watch). Balanced and beautiful. Its not the most powerful, but with the 5spd, it makes it fun. I love the sound of a high revving Honda. I dont like having the same car as everyone else, but there is a reason for that. You dont mess with perfection. Im not saying Hondas are without fault, but compared to everything else, it almost is.

Great Car! - 2009 Honda Accord
By Frank S. - November 6 - 2:00 amI traded from a Civic up to the Accord for power, comfort, safety (VCS)and more interior space. The car rides great, good feel to the road, smooth engine and the MPG were not that much off from the 4 offered in the Accord. Sound system is very good, nice to have Homelink built in and the heated outside mirrors along with running lights included. The only thing I did not go with was the Nav. and for the money did not see the value,of course dont drive that much where it is needed. Brush Metal Color on the exterior looks rich and Gray Leather in the Interior is a great contrast.

Came back to Accord - 2006 Honda Accord
By Calvin Mott - November 5 - 1:20 pmWow! I have had 3 Accords previously and then had an 02 Acura TL. I wanted to stay with Honda/Acura but needed regular gas. We love our 06 Accord. Regular gas, more room than the TL, smoothest engine and trans. I have ever had, great fit and trim, fun to drive, great style and design improvements, good value. We like it much better than the Acura TL. No regrets.

One Suggestion - 2005 Honda Accord
By 05 2 Dr. Coupe - November 3 - 6:13 pmI love my car but I do have 1 gripe; I think the heated seats control should be on the dashboard near the radio. If you just jump in the car and put a bag or pocketbook to your right (as the driver) it lands on the switch and may take awhile before you notice its on. It was last summer this happened to me when Im driving along and all of a sudden thinking to myself "Boy, its hot in here!"

Gripes - 2006 Honda Accord
By Hybrid Honey - November 2 - 3:33 amWhen we went to look at the Honda Accord Hybrid car, the salesperson did tell us that it is not a true hybrid, that the mileage is not what it states on the sticker. It has great pick-up when needed to accelerate. The dashboard lights are great! Highway ride is a bit rough and the interior noise is noticeable. On occasions we have experienced some blind spots while driving, warrenting a sudden correction . Do not like the spare-tire feature, very dumb. We feel good about driving a clean car but wish it could give us better mileage!

nice, but...... - 2003 Honda Accord
By george - November 1 - 10:00 amI opted for 4 cylinder, 5 speed EX, with leather upholstery. My idea of the best value, great fuel economy, agile spirited performance and real creature comforts. Like some others, I am less than excited by the weak rear-end styling, interior needs lighted buttons on steering wheel, and I would prefer seek./scan function on steering wheel rather than programmed stations. Really sorry to learn that Canada Accord has heated side mirrors which arent available in USA. Also wish side curtain airbags were available on 4 cylinder model--not just 6 cylinder w./automatic transmission.

Have both honda & camry - 2003 Honda Accord
By stevenokc - November 1 - 10:00 amMy wife has a 2002 camry 4 cyl xle and I recently purchased the 6 cyl accord. The 4 cyl camry is better than the 4 cyl accord but the 6 cyl accord is better than the 4 cyl camry and is priced the same. I love my new honda. Dont EVER drive the 6 cyl unless you want to buy it because the 4 cyl will always seem underpowered. The accord has numerous features standard the camry either does not have or you have to pay extra for such as heated seats, 8 airbags, TCS traction, electronic throttle control and stainless steel interior as oppossed to fake wood. The seats are far superior in the honda.
