Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Honda Accord 2002 EX V6 Poor Car - 2002 Honda Accord
By gegogo - March 20 - 2:00 amIn June, 2002 I decided to upgrade and get the top of the line Accord. What a mistake. I have 7000 miles on the car and to date have had the steering column and transmission replaced. If Honda is known for quality, Id hate to see the product of the other manufacturers. Horrible car.

WOW - 2007 Honda Accord
By dave - March 19 - 6:13 pmAfter considering the purchase of this car for almost 20 years, I finally picked one up. I paid probably more than I should have but the dealer would not let it go and I could not find another one on the north east. It is the most impressive family 6 cyl, MT car I have ever driven in its class. I have not had such a thrill diving a car since a VW Passat almost 10 years ago. This car is simply amayzing.

Just What I Wanted - 2002 Honda Accord
By Mr. DennyDennster - March 19 - 11:16 amThis is the car I wanted 3 years ago when I ended up with a Hyundai. I finally got my Accord Coupe. It is everything I ever wanted and more. Love the dark blue metallic paint, as well as the tan leather interior. Some of the interior plastic seems flimsy...but nothing too bad. The ride is remarkably smooth, and the car handles great. Overall Ive been getting 26-27mpg, the same as my Hyundai, which was smaller. Wish the headroom and rear visibility was a little better, but hey, its a coupe, and those are some trade-offs for having a coupe.

Didnt think Id buy a Honda - 2008 Honda Accord
By One Happy Honda Guy - March 17 - 4:03 pmI waited until 1,000 miles to write this, but I still love the car. My experience has been nothing like what some other reviews posted. The car is solid, beautiful, comfortable, fuel efficient and big enough for my family of 5 (7,8 and 3 1/2 year olds in the back). Everyone loves the way it rides and we took it to the lake (3 1/2 hours) without a single complaint of comfort. The trunk is huge. Overall, this is a great value. I thought I would end up the Camry, but I was really disappointed in the "fun to drive" category. Pity.

Great car - 2008 Honda Accord
By crowmag - March 17 - 3:56 amI traded in my 05 Accord 4 cyl LX for this one. Before I bought the V6 I test drove the 2.4L and wasnt impressed enough to make the swap. However, about two months later I test drove the 3.5L V6 and was surprised how big of a difference there was in power. The 3.5L brings out the cars sporty side. Its definitely a more grown up Accord. You get the looks and power of a luxury car without the price.I have owned Cadillacs to Kias and this is by far one of the best cars Ive owned. I love the styling the performance and handling. To me they got it just right. If mpg is a main concern dont get the 3.5L, although it does well in its own right. Larger, quieter, more sporty what more can you ask for.

V6 Auto Trans- 1998 - 2002 - 1998 Honda Accord
By whatitis - March 16 - 9:36 pmBought this somewhat used, owned by a Honda mechanic. Read on MSNAutos that these had transmission problems, two coworkers with the same drivetrain had replaced trans as early as 65,000. Mine waited until 105K, then started slipping trans shop in Torrance says they see these frequently, known problem. Not my first Accord, happy but for the trans, known point of failure on these. Honda should step up to the plate Nissan fixed the fuel injection on my 10yr old Z, after admitting that it was a known problem.

The good old days.... - 2017 Honda Accord
By Gary - March 15 - 5:02 pmIf you are looking for a driving experience like the muscle cars of days gone by...then look no further! The acceleration of the V6 will put a smile on your face when your head is pinned back against the headrest and suddenly its the 60s and 70"s again! Power band keeps pulling past 125mph and more if you have the courage to take it there! Of course you get all that Honda is famous for too, ride, handling, quiet, great sound system, comfort, safety and of course style! After all, if you are a Honda person ..... there are no substitutes! Honda folks know what I mean. Nice job Honda....2017 Accord V-6.... best rocket yet!!
