As the model was fully redesigned for the 2003 model year, there are only a few changes on the 2004 Honda Accord. Availability of side curtain airbags has been expanded this year to four-cylinder EX models -- standard on those with leather, optional on cars with a cloth interior. All four- and six-cylinder EX models equipped with a leather interior now have XM Satellite Radio with three months of free service as standard equipment. And as with all Honda cars this year, a new seatbelt reminder system is standard. Accord models meeting California's stringent Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle (PZEV) standards -- all four-cylinder sedans equipped with automatic transmission -- will also be sold in the states of New York, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts.

By Impressed1960 - May 22 - 2:00 amExceptional value is this cars best feature. Nothing comes close for the money. This car is FAST! The handling could be sharper, but this would compromise ride quality. Interior is top notch, both in materials and layout. Exterior styling is growing on me, still not real fond of the rear end. Fuel economy has been 23 Mpg in mostly city driving. Performance, comfort, reliability, safety, economy... what else could you want!

Not to mention the reliability, great gas mileage, amazing engine...all for a pretty reasonable price tag! I almost bought an Acura RSX but after doing all my comparison...I went with the Accord Coupe EX...for the following reasons: 1. Significant insurance difference 2. Better interior design 3. Better sounds system 4. Audio controls on steering wheel 4. More room Ive had the car for almost a month now and I am LOVING it!! The cabin is extrememly quiet and the driving experience is just too good!! Would highly recommend it!!

BEST VALUE FOR THE DOLLAR - 2004 Honda Accord
By viperredstang - May 5 - 10:00 amHave owned and driven many cars. For the dollar the Accord EX is outstanding. The XM radio is awsome, but the car is a 3.0 Litre 240 HP dynamo. Quiet and efficient with presently 32 MPG on the HWY. The only place to go from here would be an Acura with the other amenities you may want. I am 63" 265 lbs. and am very comfortable in the car. If I wanted more car I can spend more money and get more extras but the Accord V6 is just fun!!!

Awesome Car - 2004 Honda Accord
By rockit - May 5 - 10:00 amThe first impressions leave the driver with the feeling of comfort yet very powerfull car. Everything about the ergonomics falls just in its right place. Even 2 months after driving the car, qualities are discoverred that where not anticipated. For instance the rev on the engine will actually stay at 2000 RPM when doing a slow shift between 5th and 6 gear.

Exceptional - 2004 Honda Accord
By FirstTimeHondaOwner - April 10 - 2:00 amThis is my first Honda automobile. This model comes with everything except Navigation, but after owning it for a month I couldnt be more pleased. The engine is very quite at idle (cant hear it), and provides ample acceleration. The interior very comfortable and comes with all the bells & whistles. The automatic climate control is excellent along with the heated seats. The traction control proved to be an excellent addition when pulling out of a snow bank left by the city plow. The car is an excellent example of overall superior engineering and quality considering its cost. I couldnt be happier with my decision to purchase it.

By patsyp - April 3 - 2:00 amtraded in a van for this fun, exemplary vehicle. never did i think i would sit in a "car" again - yet this little gem of mine proves to me without a doubt that HONDA has it all...its only a four cylinder but has the engine power of a six - without the smelly after- burn after a hard run! it handles so smoothly and the gas mileage - hey - i wont even tell you how much i get! its too good to be true. must mention the expert salesperson at carmax who guided me through my purchase....who also proved to me that Hondas also keep their trade in value - high, high, higher than any other car! i understand clearly, the true value of my new car...

By snailnslug - April 3 - 2:00 amThis Car is a sleeping dragon...As i am at the red light it purrrrs like a kitten, Light turns green, slam on the gas pettle,,,and it opens up like madness! most everyone i drive in this car and "test" it with freaks out at the power and handling and sound of this car. wonderful and worth the money.

By Pennie - April 3 - 2:00 amThe style, comfort, reliablity, fit and finish is comperable to Mercedes Benz E- Class automobiles whithout the sticker shock. I was particularly surprised by the power of the four cylinder engine which is essentially as pwerful and responsive as most six cylinder engines made by other manufacturers. Im going to by onefor my wife also!

Terrific car - 2004 Honda Accord
By boi568 - April 3 - 2:00 amBeautifully built, wonderfully outfitted with options. Very responsive in the handling, tight build, no problems at all. Good pickup, better in 4-cylinders than my old 6 cylinder car. I consider all the voice nav and wheel controls to be safety features that keep your eyes on the road, along with all the airbags and good crash test results. We are very "in-town," with all kinds of stops and red lights, so the mpg seems to be around 16 only, but I clocked it on the hwy a couple of days ago at an average speed of 64 mph and got 39 mpg.
