Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Love This Car - 2009 Honda Accord
By Mason Miller - August 1 - 2:22 pmThis is an excellent vehicle. I bought mine used with 67,000 miles on it in 2013 and always had people asking me what year it was. I only did oil changes and the car always performed as asked. Good get up and go for a four cylinder and decent gas mileage. If you can get a good deal on one I would not hesitate!!

Get a stick, for better fuel economy - 2001 Honda Accord
By Goldthumb - August 1 - 2:00 amOverall, my experience has been good. When I first bought the car, I there was a problem with the shifting. I was given a loaner, and since then it has been perfect. The dealership was very relaxing and professional. (I owned an Eclipse before, and Mitsubishi service is simply horrific.) I am happy to be driving one of the most reliable cars on the road.

Increasingly Disappointed - 2003 Honda Accord
By Conner** - July 30 - 10:00 amIt is almost 2 years since we bought this car, and weve always been happy with it. But lately its been having some problems. When u shift from Park to anything else, sometimes the button wont press all the way and the car wont shift. Also the paint is just chipping off on the front bumper for no reason. This makes me extremely angry. The dealership still hasnt been able to fix the window rattles. I hope the problems go away when we get the car fixed. Or Ill be angry and filing the car under lemon law.

Wouldnt buy another Honda - 2003 Honda Accord
By Mitsumi - July 30 - 10:00 amImmediately after the 36000 mile warranty expired, the doors started to rattle. The car is not even 2 years old. Honda is falling in quality work it looks like. I did a search on the Accord and a lot of people are having problem with this car. Wouldnt recommend this car to anybody. I will be ditching this car once I have enough money for a downpayment.

Great car so far - 2002 Honda Accord
By pat357575 - July 30 - 10:00 amHad this car for a couple of months. Great car. Interior quality is not even comparable to domestics, same with reliability and gas mileage. Engine power is so-so. it gives enough power to merge in, thats about it. It could use a few more horses. If you dont want to spend allot of money on repair bills and gas, then this is the car for you

2006 Honda Accord - 2006 Honda Accord
By black and tan - July 28 - 4:06 pmThis is a near luxury car for a sedan price. It really has everything I need. About the only extra items I could even think of are memory seats and heated mirrors. The engine is powerful, the steering tight, the ride smooth and refined and the build quality first rate. It takes me longer to get anywhere because I always want to stretch out the drive experience.

Quality, Quality, Quality - 2005 Honda Accord
By Mark Powell - July 27 - 7:26 pmTheres more wiggle room than youd think these days when buying a Honda. I paid less than invoice for this beauty, and she does not disappoint. Comfortable seating, good smooth acceleration and stopping, plus PRECISION handling motivate me to take a different and longer way home each night. I drove and loved my Jeep Grand Cherokee for 4 years and thought the change would be difficult. Not so. I drove the Jeep the other day and felt like I was driving a school bus. This is the poor mans Mercedes without the bulk.
