Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Love the new Accord - 2003 Honda Accord
By gativ - April 3 - 10:00 amWe recently bought our second Accord within three years. I like our 2000 Accord, but I love the 2003. The car feels and rides like a more expensive car and it seems to always have power in reserve. The seats are comfortable and supportive. The lumbar is a nice improvement and Honda finally caught on by allowing the arm rest to extend. We test drove many cars and some did certain things better than the Accord, but none of them did everything as well as the Accord. And while I was tempted to buy a European car that was roughly $10,000 more than the Accord, I just couldnt justify the extra money.

2007 Honda over 2002 STS - 2007 Honda Accord
By driver1 - April 2 - 7:13 pmI traded in a lemon of a 2002 Cadddy STS for this commuter and I love it considering the down trade of the luxury issue. This 2.4 moves when it has to, and I know after driving many V8s. Passes up hill & changes lanes like a champ. Gave a few full size pick ups a little surprise when they tail gated. Took off up hill before they could think ..was that a HONDA? LOVE IT for what it is.

What a wonderful car - 2007 Honda Accord
By Sean - April 1 - 3:33 pmSecond Accord. First was EX-L 4cyl, opted for the V6 this time and Im getting the same mileage as the 4cyl with loads more power and refinement. It also has stability control which the 4cyl didnt have. This is a very nice riding and handling car. I will definitely buy Honda products again.

By Steve F - March 31 - 10:50 amDrove in with my 02 just to see what I could get for a trade. 3 hours later I was driving home in an 06. Got an excellent deal and love the feel of the car. More powerful and sporty feeling than my 02.

Satisfied - 2008 Honda Accord
By Ken - March 30 - 11:23 pmI purchased a new Accord about one month ago. I have put close to 2000 miles on it so far. The gas mileage has been as advertised, hitting 32 mpg on the highway when driving at 65 MPH. I believe I have found the best of both worlds with engine-response, and decent fuel efficiency. This car is stylish and very comfortable to drive. I previously drove a 99 Avalon which is still going strong at 170K miles. I hope to have this one that long as well.

Awesome sport sedan - 2017 Honda Accord
By pmalt - March 30 - 6:35 pmI have only had the car about a month but i love the style and comfort. This sports sedan is really responsive when not in ECO mode and you shift into sport mode just fun to drive. Very roomy and comfortable inside. Rear camera and lane camera are very good and a must have. Fuel economy are decent for a 6 cyl and when using ECO mode you can get about 4 more mile per gallon.

sequestered car - 2003 Honda Accord
By MACNTX - March 30 - 2:43 pmI have a blue Accord LX 4cyl auto. Excellent brake response and feel. Passing power is confident and ready when cruising on freeway driving. Engine is peppy; as is typical of Accord. I drove this car from TX to VA and the mileage comes to about 33-34 mpg with 4 adult passengers at that. Honda could use a better sound system. With 45K miles I still have the original tires, brake pads and has done a wheel alignment. This is my second Accord, the first one a 92 DX with 193000 miles and still running perfectly. Both were made in Japan with VIN starting with JH...My daughter finally "sequestered" the car from me. She cant stand the fun I am having. Maybe a coupe v6 will be fun huh?

You Cant Beat It! - 2007 Honda Accord
By Steve - March 29 - 11:20 amPicked up this beauty 2 days ago. The vehicle so far has exceeded all my expectations. The ride is excellent, although on the firm side, but that is expected on this model. The craftsmanship and quality of materials and fit and finish are fabulous. The interior layout and roominess are premium. V6 is smooth and powerful. Auto transmission is very smooth and precise. I had considered a Pilot, but I am so happy I went with the Accord. You cannot believe how much room this car has until you sit in it. You cannot get more quality and enjoyment for your money.
