  I love my Honda - 2000 Honda Accord

  I bought my Accord brand new in July 2000. I have put 158,000 trouble-free miles on it. I cannot say enough about this car. It recently suffered some pretty severe damage in a hail storm, so I am stuck driving a 2007 Chrysler Sebring while it is in the shop. I miss my car so much. My "old" Honda would absolutely kick the Chryslers! I will never buy anything but a Honda. It drives wonderfully, is reliable, and has proven to be a very safe car. Rear-ended by a Ford Mustang a couple years ago. Only a couple scrapes on the bumper, the Mustang did not fare as well. The only things I dont like are 1. the transmission hesitates to shift in stop-and-go traffic and 2. brakes could be better.

  I drove Camrys, Maximas, Altimas, and Saabs and this car is far and away the number one choice. It is loaded with so many things that make driving fun and it is retails at a reasonable price. The color choices are incredible and the car is a real head turner. In the past, I have owned some top of the line cars but this is quickly becoming my favorite. I feel this is the sleeper in 2008 and cant figure out why I dont see more of these. People who know cars will always comment favorably about the car.

  I have now owned this vehicle since new- -4 years and 60,000 miles--still on the original tires. Best vehicle I have ever owned. No mechanical problems whatsoever. Plenty of room in the backseat for my two teenage boys when we travel. I am looking for another in a different color for my wife!

  Best Car Ever! - 1993 Honda Accord

  I bought this car exactly one year ago today and I havent been anything but completely happy. The interior quality is absolutely amazing, the carpet is plush and the fabric on the seats is extremely durable and comfy. The dashboard still looks like new, no fading or cracking at all. Even at 80 MPH, there is not a single squeak or rattle from anything. Ive had no troubles with the engine at all, its got plenty of HP and pickup, and cruises at 70 with no problem. Ive had to do nothing but regular maintenance. Oil changed every 7500K. Ive replaced a thermostat and muffler, all normal-wear things. I look forward to many more years of extreme reliability from my favorite Honda!

  Overall I would have to say Honda is a very thoughtful company. The whole car is just....designed the way it should be. Form the placement of the lighting switch, to the way the cars mechanics are built. Re-sale value is also a plus. After a ton of research, this was one of the few cars I felt comfortable buying used. So far So good.

  "My Response" - 2007 Honda Accord

  I have a 2001 EX 4cylinder manual, and it is a very good car with good acceleration. The purchase of the EX V6 manual is "my response" to those drivers who hate being passed and try to accelerate when they are being passed. The 6 speed is perfect for passing and provide smooth and quiet acceleration when zipping around those sour puss as they stomp the gas pedal. The car meets all my performance, safety and passenger needs. As stated before, I wish it had the MP3 jack instead of an IPOD adapter. And for the headlights not being HID...pay attention to the road and it will become unnecessary. The lights are bright enough, but I added brighter lights and adjusted aim and attention span.

  My poor accord had its last ride 5 days ago. I got broadsided by a huge lifted Chevy Silverado truck on my drivers side door (the truck was going 60 mph on impact) and I walked away from the accident, and only ended up with some stitches (from the broken window glass) and a black eye. The police said theyd never seen a compact car hold up that well in that severe of a crash, and in most cars I would have been dead. And to top it off, the Chevy truck had minimal damage but wouldnt start, and my crushed Honda still started, drove, and all the electrical still worked. Furthermore, I have not had any problems ever with this car, nor had my mom who bought it new. Next car will be another Honda.

  Great Car - 2003 Honda Accord

  The 2003 Honda Accord is much improved from when I test drove the Accord in 2000. This car is well designed and a true joy to drive. The handling is very good and it has good acceleration. The price for what you get is also better than some of the other cars we priced. This car is a real joy.

  I traded in my 97 Accord LX (not a single problem!) out of pure greed after test driving the 2003 EX. The handle was flawless and the features were unbelieveable for the cost. I just purchased the car this week and I have already received so many compliments. I find myself making up reasons to take the long route to and from work! I love it!
