Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

This Ones the Fun Accord - 2008 Honda Accord
By Linebacker68 - June 11 - 8:40 amI had been looking seriously at getting a slightly-used (2005) 3-Series BMW for my next car. I wanted a nice, sporty every-day driver for under $30K. When my wife and I stopped by the Honda dealer to look at an SUV for her, I saw that they had an 08 blue Accord coupe V6, 6MT. Im not a fan of the previous Accord coupes, but when I took the 08 for a test drive, I was quite impressed with the nice balance of handling, ride and, of course, the power of that V6 coupled with the manual tranny. After doing some comparison test-drives of other brands, I came back to that 6spd Accord coupe. Honda now has a real mid-size "drivers car."

Who could ask for more? - 2006 Honda Accord
By GB - June 10 - 7:12 pmI bought this car new and it now has 28k miles. It has been trouble free, though I do need to have the drivers window adjusted now b/c it squeaks. Recently I began driving slower (the speed limit) and it has consistently turned in 36 mpg, which is phenomenal. The car will accelerate quickly when you push it, the 4 wheel double wishbone suspension (gone on the new model) handles great and is lightweight. Honda did an excellent job on this car and I highly recommend it. I do wish it had a 6 speed manual on the 4 cylinder. My favorite feature is the electrochomatic speedo display. Great job, Honda, in creating a perfectly balanced, safe reliable, affordable car. I suggest Boston speakers

Satisfied - 2004 Honda Accord
By jbjonesey - June 10 - 2:00 amGreen Pearl with beige interior. If you live in the upper Mid-West or receive a fair amount of snow, the Canadian version does have heated side mirrors but the US version does not. More comfortable seats and nicer interior than the Passat but is slightly less fun to drive than the Passat. Optional extended warranty can be used at any Honda dealership. An online dealer does sell the 7 year, 0 deductible extended warranty for less than $1,000.

No better value, so much car for the $ - 2003 Honda Accord
By TexAccord - June 10 - 2:00 amI test drove the Saab 9.3, Passat, Camry and the Accord. The Accord was simply the best car among the four. I really wanted to like the Passat and the Saab, but quality issues ultimately narrowed the choice to the Camry and the Accord. The Accord was much more fun to drive than the Camry and made it an easy choice. The interior fit and finish is unbelievable and its very thoughtfully designed. The 4 cylinder engine is smooth and powerful, feels like 6. A perfect blend of quality, technology, design and fun! The only improvement would be to add a panoramic rear view mirror to relieve a blindspot when youre in reverse.

Honda 4dr Lx Auto 4cyl - 2003 Honda Accord
By GEE GEE - June 9 - 11:24 pmAfter 5 years of ownership car is excellent. Quality car. Fit and finish excellent. This is my 3rd Honda Accord. Great value. Average 18 to 19 mpg. city and 30 to 34 mpg. Highway. 4 cyl with plenty of pick up and go. Thinking of buying a 2008 Civic but I think I will stick with this beauty for a few more years.

Love this car - 2013 Honda Accord
By derekleeo - June 8 - 9:02 pmI never thought I would buy a car with a CVT, but this car is great. Honda did a great job tricking you into thinking you are driving a car with a regular tranny. If you drive normal, the car simulates shifting....but put your foot down and you instantly know its a CVT. I bought this for commuting not racing. I am averaging 33 mpg in mixed driving. I turned the econ off for a highway trip @80mph and got 30.3, so I turned it back on and will not touch it again. This car is comfortable and kind of fun to drive. I am happy with the long list of standard features on the LX. I also know that since its a Honda, it will run forever.

Arizona Accord - 2006 Honda Accord
By Arizona Accord - June 8 - 9:00 pmThis is my 4th Honda. As expected, an excellent car in quality and performance. The redesign of the 2006 makes the care look even better.
