Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Great Car - 2008 Honda Accord
By Rich - September 6 - 6:56 pmWhat can I say? Its a Honda. The American car builders should have been shadowing these guys 15 years ago. Ive never felt so secure and safe in a relatively small car. I bought the V6 for the extra sprint power which makes the car safer, but knocks down the MPG to 24 or so.

My 3003 Honda EX V6 experience - 2003 Honda Accord
By O.R.C - September 6 - 5:44 pmPurchased my Honda in December of 2002. My family has had six Hondas, and they have all been good reliable vehicles. I probably will wont live long enough to wear it out

Sweet to ride and smart! - 2007 Honda Accord
By Dave - September 6 - 2:41 pmVery comfortable and easy to drive, plenty of room. I laugh at Prius owners all swished in and not getting much more gas economy.

18 years and still running strong - 1990 Honda Accord
By Cruiser - September 6 - 10:30 amI bought my Accord new. Everything works good at 265,000 miles. I did have the trans reworked at 230,000, 1 new set of OEM brake rotors at 245,000. Has original freon in AC. Garage kept and waxed twice a year with McGuires products. Still run Michelin tires. I am on my 3rd stereo (needed a CD) and 2nd set of speakers. I plan to drive this car until the wheels fall off. Then I will probably rebuild it. Interior looks like new (scotchguard works). Mileage: 32/29

Best car I have driven so far - 2003 Honda Accord
By ecvoyager - September 5 - 5:54 pmThis is my first Honda and I like it. After 5 years of drive, there still is no noise from inside. Way better quality than my previous Toyota Corolla. And with only a 2.4 L engine, this car accelerates so fast that I felt like in a sport car. And I got 25 GPS minimum when I drove in the city, way better than my previous Nissan Altima. My car only needs to replace engine oil every 10,000 miles. Save money. I never have any problem with my car, except may be one or two recall services by Honda. I love the car and passed this 2003 model to my daughter. I just bought a new 2008 Accord EX for myself.

2006 EX Sedan w/Leather - 2006 Honda Accord
By joncab - September 5 - 10:21 amI bought this car new and now have 51,500 miles. It has never been in the shop except for oil changes. I went from MBZ and LEXUS to Honda and this car is actually fun to drive. The only down side to this car is that everyone else has one. Great value and dealer has been great since day one.

This car is fabulous! - 2002 Honda Accord
By kschmitz16 - September 4 - 10:33 pmOk so I move to Montana and did a lot of car reviews and found this Honda Accord that was just the right price. I absolutely love the car it now has 60,000 miles on it and I have not had one problem in this past year. To keep a car in good shape you have to have regular maintenance. For ex. Oil change, tranny fluid flush. Up keep. Hondas are so reliable and I could not be happier with it. People have problems with cars if they dont take care of them. I love my car!

One of the best! - 2006 Honda Accord
By Rick - September 4 - 12:09 pmI purchased my accord after looking at much higher-priced vehicles such as the Acura RL etc. I found that the accord was the better value overall especially since it was over 7K less. The V6 engine provides enough power. Very comfortable interior. VERY spacious rear seating area. Smooth and quiet ride. One of the best integrated navigation systems available. I love the XM especially on long trips. Fuel management works great and allows you to constantly manage your instant fuel consumption. I was able to get over 30 mpg CITY using this feature (granted i drove much slower but at speed limits). Cant go wrong with this car!

Highly Reliable Honda Accord EX 4 Cyl - 2003 Honda Accord
By Nova10s - September 4 - 11:03 amI love my 03 Honda Accord 2.4 cyl EX with leather. With 98,000 miles on it, this car continues to amaze me. The only non-standard repair involved the 6 CD changer/radios electronic screen going blank and the dealer replaced the radio at no charge, even though it was out of warranty (this is a common problem I was told). My car averages 27+ MPG combined and on the highway, it easily exceeds 30 MPG. On my car, the maintenance items like the disc brakes have to replaced every 24,000 miles and the rotors roughly 50,000 miles. The tires on the back were the original tires until recently when I replaced all four tires. This time Ill rotate them, to get even wear.
