Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • Wonderful car - 2002 Honda Accord

First time Honda owner. Through all my research, reading and test driving. This car is hard to beat. My V6 runs silky smooth and quiet. It speaks softly but carries a big stick. Fit and finish both inside and out is above average. My major gripe is the sales personnel. I felt like a carcass among predators. The car sells itself; why do they act like vultures?

  • Good Car - Terrible Seats - 2007 Honda Accord
    By -

Had the car a year: Loved the economical operation, the room, the dash layout and the BEST navigation system on the market. HOWEVER, the drivers seat was terribly uncomfortable on the upper back and the leather seats were hard. I actually hated to drive the car because of the seat comfort. Resisted selling the car, but when the front brake rotors has to be resurfaces three times due to warping (under warranty) i decided to sell it. Very mixed emotions when selling however, in retrospect, it was the only choice. I HATED the seats!

  • Not The Honda You Loved - 2008 Honda Accord

Overweight - 3600 pounds, lots of road noise, and the combined performance of the VCM and the grade logic automatic transmission mke this a miserable driver. Real world economy is down compared to last years models. All in all very disappointing - and I have owned 14 Honda/Acura products since 1981.

  • Great Ride - 2003 Honda Accord

I love my silver Honda Accord EX. The 4 cyl engine is powerful and smooth. The composition of the dash, radio, CD and clock is great. Love the moonroof controls. The only negative is that I would have preferred another interior color than black but in the final analysis that situation is minimal. This is my fourth Honda and my first EX. I am really enjoying driving this car. As you can tell I am sold on the Honda Accord. Its realibility is very noteworthy.

  • All-around Best Sedan under $30K - 2003 Honda Accord

I like small security which not listed in the spec/anywhere until you bought the car and read the manual, like: - Anti-Theft Radio/CD Player (need PIN to re-activated it) - Auto-reverse power driver-window (will save your kids finger) - Auto re-lock power doors, within 15 seconds will relock all doors if you dont open one of them - Engine warning signal if you forgot to close or not close it fulle the gas- tank lid when you fill gas. - If brake on any wheel failed, you still be able to brake with two wheels (one front and one opposite rear) instead of 3(which could caused car to spin) I dont believe theres something perfect, but this one very close.
