Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Love the Honda - 2005 Honda Accord
By B Bryant - December 20 - 9:23 pmI have had many new cars over the years, most were GM & Ford but this Honda has to be at the top in most all aspects. Its fun to drive and is fast for a 4 cyl. & delivers good mileage. I drive fast 70 to 80 most of the road miles & the little Honda gives me high 30s and once in a while will squeak 40 MPG. This is our first Honda and it will not be my last. In short its my best auto purchase in 50 years (trade at least one vehicle a year)... so you can see I think a lot of this car & the company stands behind them.

Fun spelled w/ 5 letters: Honda - 1994 Honda Accord
By d.k - December 19 - 7:36 pmI own a 94 Accord EX 4 door automatic. This was my first car Ive ever owned, and it will be the last car I ever own because Im not getting rid of this thing for any reason. The engine is the most reliable thing on the earth. It fires up with no problem. Ive tried to kill the engine before, but I found it impossible (I cant say the same thing about the trans because Im on my 3rd one). It is a very slick looking car. Mine is red with aftermarket headlights and an oem rear wing spoiler. The stock rims look nice and sporty (thou they could be bigger) the car get great gas mileage. And the best part: VTEC!! Its not a super fast car, but its not a super slow one either.

Fantastic car, very near to perfection - 2006 Honda Accord
By Mundrick - December 18 - 5:43 pmThis is the single best bang for your buck in the $26K and under category. Easily. Ride quality, style, comfort are all incredible. Sporty looking car (the V6 has enough power to back it up but the I-4 is a few ponies short). Everyone Ive had in the car has complimented it.

Its Alive!!! - 1999 Honda Accord
By Dave S. - December 17 - 8:24 pmI bought this car new nearly ten years ago. Its my third Honda and by far the one Ive owned for the longest. This car is a rock! I have over 215,000 miles on it and it still runs fantastic. The body and interior are in great shape, very solid. Im shooting for 300k miles before I consider buying a new one.

Great Commuter Car - 2006 Honda Accord
By Bruce - December 17 - 5:29 pmI have owned this car for only 5 months, but it has been rock solid and bulletproof. Super gas mileage - several mixed city/highway tank fills have averaged 38 mpg (thats over 500 miles between fill-ups even allowing for a small reserve). Drivers position and ergonomics are well designed: from the tilt and telescoping steering wheel to the radio/CD and HVAC controls, Honda has successfully executed the interior design of this vehicle in every detail.

V6 Fun! Ok Mileage, Crappy Bluetooth Support - 2014 Honda Accord
By Li.F - December 16 - 12:03 pmBought a pre-owned 2014 Honda Accord V6 EX-L last week. The good part: The car looks very stylish with LED elements, and the exterior design is timeless and future proof. The V6 acceleration is a lot of fun in a family sedan. Hwy MPG is quite impressive for a v6 at above 30mpg. The perforated leather seats are comfortable and the passenger space is very roomy. There is a lot of soft touch materials used at the right place. The active noise canceling works well for when engine speed is between 1000-3000rpm. | Now onto the quirks: Compared to 8th Gen honda accord which I owned, the storage area on the center console (below AC control), as well as under the arm rest has reduced significantly. The bluetooth works half the time, and when it stops working, you have to turn the car off to restore the BT functionality (it would not take calls or play music after it freezes). Gas mileage in city is always less than 20mpg. The automatic transmission also feels kinda jerky when accelerator is fully pressed. The power doesnt fully kick-in till 2-3 seconds later (after a couple jerks from down-shifting). Overall, I think its a very fun family sedan to drive around with, but I just wish it can be refined better and iron out those software quirks.

Outstanding Vehicle - 2003 Honda Accord
By RJones - December 15 - 10:00 amThe Accord EX V-6 is a tremendous value. It is the perfect compliment of performance, safety, style and economy. Why anyone would spend more for less is beyond me.

Bullet Proof - 2002 Honda Accord
By Mr. Honda - December 15 - 10:00 amIve had the 2003 Accord EX V6 more than a year and have no complaints, only praise. Not one defect, nor problem through 13 months and nearly 16,000 miles. The car is comfortable, spirited and technically superb regards engine and associated tech. Intelligently designed and excellent workmanship. I wish the more powerful engine had been available in 2002, but thats the only negative thing I have to say.

Awesome car - 2008 Honda Accord
By car lover - December 14 - 6:16 amWent into the dealer to buy a Pilot and walked out with this beauty. This is my 5th Honda and by far the best. Honda has outdone itself on styling and performance. The car is as big and roomy inside as my old Acura Rl, handles better and gets better gas mileage. If you consider buying one get the V6. Worth every penny and not much difference in fuel economy. No issues with the car. Own a 07 GTI and had to bring it to the dealer for 4 separate issues with 3500 miles. Never had this with a Honda. Very roomy and comfortable even with 5 adults. Excellent value for the money
