Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • One Seriously Excellent Car - 2009 Honda Accord

This is my 4th Accord. The first 3 were sedans. I decided to change things up a little by getting the coupe this time. I can only say "WOW". This is by far the best sporty car for the money on the market. Great looks, ergonomics, power, quality & value. Most people I talk to cant believe its an Accord.

  • Sexy and reliable, all in one package - 2007 Honda Accord
    By -

As a family sedan, the Honda Accord is legendary - its reliable, practical, powerful. It has outstanding engineering and ergonomics, and everything is just exactly where it should be. The coupe puts it all in a sleek, sexy package that gives up very little in the compromise - in other words, its still got a usable back seat and a real trunk, unlike most sport coupes. Honda also builds some of the best and smoothest engines and manual transmissions out there, something that goes very under appreciated, mostly because of the Accord sedans family image. And the navi is intuitive and easy to use. Oh, and the gas mileage is great, especially for a V6.

  • My 6 Honda - 4th Accord - 2006 Honda Accord

1st off, Id like to say that this is my 4 Accord. Have owned a 89, 92, 99 now the 06. This is least favourite. Ive owned the car for 6 months now (I drive about 35,000 miles per yr., mostly highway and I cannot get over the very poor gas mileage - the car is from the US but I live in Toronto. As all my cars I drive about 130 on the highway which is 75ish and this car has getting half what my 99 did with 280,000 kilos on it (original clutch/motor not touched) Ive got as bad as 275 miles to the tank and best was 375. I dont push it off the line but do drive at 75 and its by far the loudest Accord inside.

  • Excellent Vehicle! - 2004 Honda Accord

If I were to write a detailed review... I would go on for days. This machine is at the top of its class. It is stylish, comfortable and sporty at an extremely affordable price tag. The interior is roomy with plenty of leg and head room for both driver and passengers. The car looks beautiful from the outside. The driving is amazing. I have a 4 cylinder engine, but it provides me with more than enough speed and power for driving in the city and on the highway. This car is a must have for people who like to be pampered, but do not have the budget to get a BMW or Mercedez.

  • Great Car...lacks features - 2004 Honda Accord
    By -

Honda needs to add improvements before competitors catch up with all their standard features. An EX should have many features regardless if its EX EXL or EXV6. The V6 is way too pricey but when compared toa camry xle 4 cyl. (which has more useful features than the accord) the camry is a lot more less pricewise, but id have to admit. it sucks driving it. so kudos to honda for making a great machine that only sips fuel, but features are a little lackluster. Cmon they need those gassy support hydraulic hood things, those manual rods can get really dangerous...its an EX HONDA!!! it needs better thoguht to other details as well.

  • This car is INSANE! - 2004 Honda Accord
    By -

Bought the car from a freind of my brother at a Chicag dealership and just drove it back home to Boston. A 1,000-mile drive is a pretty good crash course in what a car is like. I considered them all, but this car is INSANE! The power of the 3.0L V6 is just beyond words. The design and attention to detail is a cut above whatevers #2 in this class. This car is an Acura in all but name. I got it in white with the tan interior. People ooh and ahh when they see it. Shes a beauty.

  • Did GM Build This Accord - 2003 Honda Accord

This is my third Accord. The interior is very nice and a pleasure to drive. The steering wheel controls and six CD changer are great additions. This is my third Accord and possibly the last one. The quality problems and poor dealer service are not worth the hassle.

Ive been driving Honda/Accura products since early 80s, almost exclusively. They are without a doubt the most reliable and dependable automobiles I have ever been priveledged to drive. As a salesrep, I cover most of four states of which 95% of 40,000 miles I average a year call for me to have a car I know will start every time and get me to my destination with minimal maintainance. Out side of oil/filter change and periodic checkups, Honda fills the bill for me!

  • Dependable as death and taxes - 2003 Honda Accord
    By -

I will not be long-winded with superlatives and adjectives. I need a good looking, dependable car--and Honda delivers year after year. I traded my last one with 150,000 miles, and it still felt solid and tight. I feel I get my moneys worth. And that is the bottom line.
