Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • Very impressed with this Accord - 2003 Honda Accord

I picked the 2003 Accord EX-V6 over the 2003 V-6 Altima and the 2004 Maxima. It was clearly the best value amongst the three, and I was able to get a great month-end deal from a dealer. This car is bigger and smoother than my 2000 Acura TL.

  • what a deal - 2003 Honda Accord

Car is outstanding. I am a value shopper, and the Accord met and exceeded all my criteria. Great fuel economy, oil changes every 10,000 miles, great image and resale value. Only complaint is the fixed internal radio antenna, I get static in places a normal car gets perfect signal. Just have to download lots of music. :)

  • Excellent!! - 2003 Honda Accord

The new Accord is just excellent! Great performance from the i-vtec engine, bold styling, great factory stereo, good gas mileage, and man is it quiet! I highly recommend this car to anyone who is looking for a long-term investment. Oh, Honda of Bowie has exceptional service!

  • 2005 Accord EX V6 - 2005 Honda Accord

Car is a great deal for the price. I compared the EX V6 sedan with the Acura TL. I know they are very similar cars because they use the same Honda Platform. For the higher price of the TL, I couldnt justify spending and extra $6K more for the TL versus the Accord for few tech goodies. The V6 Accord is an excellent value.

  • Excellent Sedan - Highly Recommended! - 2009 Honda Accord

After 3 months of driving my Accord I can say, it is the best driving experience Ive had so far with sedans. I worked for a car rental company and drove all kinds of cars so I have something to compare to. Many people prefer dial temperature and other controls but I can say that all buttons are very intuitive easy to operate and contribute to a superior and modern interior look. Handling is great, acceleration is excellent, havent noticed dimming headlights. Lots of leg room. Have absolutely nothing to complain about. I love it!

  • WELL MADE! - 1997 Honda Accord

I bought my 97 Special Edition in March, 03 with 60k on her. The only things I have done besides oil changes have been replacing the radiator and timing belt (1st time!) at 160k. I wish I had a stick shift, but it still runs well and burns very little oil. I change oil every 7.5k. The new hondas look good, but since Ill only get $2-3k in trade, I think Ill hang onto this baby a while!

  • Serves me well - 2007 Honda Accord

Everything on this car works as advertised. I get about 25 mpg driving mostly in the city. All the goodies work including the voice activation system. The A/C went bad at 3 months and it took two dealers four tries to fix it but all under warranty. My 8th Honda and Ill continue to buy as long as the quality holds up. I find it very comfortable but I do very little long distance driving as some of the other reviewers. The tires are a bit noisy but I think that is a Michelin problem. Ill try another brand when the time comes. The OEM tires have 22000 miles and still look new.

  • Great Car - 2009 Honda Accord

After agonizing over Avalon, Lincoln MKS, Camry, Taurus, Fusion, and starting my search determined to buy American, I arrived at the conclusion that this was the most car built by American workers on the market. The ride is just a step below the Acura TL, the gas economy for a v6 is wonderful, especially balanced against the power and acceleration the engine provides. The only bad thing I can say about the seats is that they are not quite as supportive as those in the Acura TL. Let me tell you, if you want the same equipment in a Taurus or an Avalon or Lincoln you will need another $7,000.00 so do yourself a favor and put the extra money in your pocket and seriously consider this car.

  • 01 Honda Accord Coupe V6 - 2001 Honda Accord

The car is a real head turner and it has the power to match. I regret not waiting til 02 model considering the passenger seat is power too. Also, the drivers seat is power but not very comfortable. It needs more adjustment. This is my second Honda. They are reliable cars with great retail but I would consider an Acrua CL if I were to purchase another Honda/Acura.

  • Love it -So happy, better than Camry!!! - 2008 Honda Accord
    By -

After driving a 2003 Toyota Camry for 5 years happily, I was sure to I was going to replace it with another Camry. However after checking out the 09 Camry, I was disappointed with the quality of the interior and outdated dash . After seeing the Honda Accord, I was thrilled. I purchased a new 2008 Honda Accord LXP 4 door in Metal Polish Metallic color -at invoice price. LXP version includes alloyed wheels, anti theft device, chrome tail pipe + more. Dont be afraid to ask for invoice price or less- for any auto + ask for "extras". Its a buyers market!
