Overview & Reviews
The Honda Accord -- one of America's favorite vehicles -- has been substantially changed for 2003. Continuing as a sedan and a coupe, the 2003 Honda Accord features more powerful and fuel-efficient engines, increased safety and higher levels of interior comfort. A voice-activated GPS navigation system is optional, and a sporty EX coupe debuts in early 2003.
- Tight build quality, quiet cabin, refined powertrains, comfortable driver seat, outstanding optional navigation system.
- Missing key features, relatively small trunk, mushy handling with V6.

Its a Honda, through and through - 2003 Honda Accord
By pleased2003owner - January 20 - 6:40 pmWe purchased this car with 23K on it as a certified used Honda. I would never return to the dealership that sold it to us, but have completely loved the car. Avg. 22 MPG city, LOVE the NAV system. The V6 is responsive yet efficient. I would love to see auto headlights, memory seats, and better tires (I replaced the factory tires with some Dunlops that have really improved handling/road noise). The brakes needed new pads at 46K on all four tires...dont know if normal or not.

Radio, Wipers Trans and Brakes - 2003 Honda Accord
By Len - January 9 - 3:11 pmJust had the lights go out on the radio, Honda repaired free, good for 105 K miles or 7 years. Also got the wiper recall done. Trans recall was done at 24K. Only repairs were for brake disks which have been replaced 2 times for rear and once for front. Bought ceramic last time, hope they last more than 40K miles. Only other repair was for heated seat relay fixed under warranty. This is my 3rd Accord.

Best Car Ive Owned - 2003 Honda Accord
By Patrick - December 29 - 9:52 pmI owned multiple Hondas, then after a brief (and painfully expensive) experience with a VW, I came back to Honda again with the 2003 Accord Coupe. I havent been disappointed. 98k miles later and only routine maintenance. Still have original rear brakes/rotors. Front brakes and tires changed at 70k. Headlamps burned out at 60k, but they only cost about $30 each to replace so no big deal. Dash panel went out after warranty expiration (I saw others mention the same thing), but it was replaced free of charge without issues. While it may seem that everyone and their brother has one of these, its hard to argue with top-notch quality, along with performance, reliability, and good looks.

Outstanding Vehicle - 2003 Honda Accord
By RJones - December 15 - 10:00 amThe Accord EX V-6 is a tremendous value. It is the perfect compliment of performance, safety, style and economy. Why anyone would spend more for less is beyond me.

Nothing Better at this price - 2003 Honda Accord
By qclimer - November 9 - 10:00 amI put 40k per year on for my job and buy a new car every two years. You CANNOT buy more car than the EX-V6 with NAVI, for the money. Build quality is top notch, quiet interior, great highway cruiser (2500 rpm @ 85mph), and good looking. The V6 is powerful enough to leave most cars in your slip stream, fuel efficient (Im avg 30mpg) and smooth. I would buy another one of these in a second!

All-around Best Sedan under $30K - 2003 Honda Accord
By vris - November 3 - 10:00 amI like small security which not listed in the spec/anywhere until you bought the car and read the manual, like: - Anti-Theft Radio/CD Player (need PIN to re-activated it) - Auto-reverse power driver-window (will save your kids finger) - Auto re-lock power doors, within 15 seconds will relock all doors if you dont open one of them - Engine warning signal if you forgot to close or not close it fulle the gas- tank lid when you fill gas. - If brake on any wheel failed, you still be able to brake with two wheels (one front and one opposite rear) instead of 3(which could caused car to spin) I dont believe theres something perfect, but this one very close.
