Overview & Reviews
The Honda Accord -- one of America's favorite vehicles -- has been substantially changed for 2003. Continuing as a sedan and a coupe, the 2003 Honda Accord features more powerful and fuel-efficient engines, increased safety and higher levels of interior comfort. A voice-activated GPS navigation system is optional, and a sporty EX coupe debuts in early 2003.
- Tight build quality, quiet cabin, refined powertrains, comfortable driver seat, outstanding optional navigation system.
- Missing key features, relatively small trunk, mushy handling with V6.

Second Look after 3000 miles - 2003 Honda Accord
By guenther - April 29 - 10:00 amSecond review after having the car for 7 months. The interior dial lights look like your headlights are on when ignition key is in. The cars suspension seems to provide a very bumpy ride. The moving arm rest between bucket seat seems useless and dangerous. The two door coupe for my wife and I was a poor choice, not easy to place anything in the rear seat.

Cool Honda - 2003 Honda Accord
By leo - April 23 - 10:51 pmThe 2003 Honda Accord is the best Japan car. I had it for 7 years. I bought it in 2003 and still have it. It runs great and it is a very fast car. The top speed I got it at the track is 140. My sister and I bought 2. She has one and I have one and I think you should buy one too. You will love your Honda Accord forever. Buy it! It will last you for long life.

Luxury is not always expensive - 2003 Honda Accord
By asoriano67 - April 23 - 10:00 amI just recently purchased a 2003 Honda Accord EX sedan and I must say, its one of the best built car Ive ever driven. The cabin is very ergonomic, roomy and comfortable. The voice- activated navigation system is easy to use and a great feature. The handling is superb...and even though this is only a 4-cylinder engine, its pretty nimble and quick on the road..whether youre on the streets or the highway. Compared to other luxury vehicles like the Lexus, Infinity and BMW... cant beat this Honda for the money. Another huge advantage is the fact that the first scheduled tuneup is not until 105,000 miles.

From a owner whos had it a few years - 2003 Honda Accord
By BlackHonda - April 21 - 7:20 amSometimes its nice to hear from someone whos had it a few years. I have the new body style and I absolutly love the car. The one problem Ive experienced was that the gas cap HAS TO BE screwed on TIGHT (hear three clicks)! If this isnt done then youll get air in your tank and engine chugs, this is apparently a common problem according to the dealership. Other than that I love it. Nice design, looks expensive, feels like a solid car, black looks great!

Better than you might expect - 2003 Honda Accord
By David - April 1 - 7:58 pmI bought this Accord EX-V6 sedan brand new in December of 2002. Almost 6.5 years in, it has probably been out of service no more than a couple of weeks. I serviced primarily at two dealers (Braman in West Palm Beach, FL & Wade Raulerson in Gainesville, FL) - both are professional and prompt. I have a heavy foot, but my fuel economy is just ok. . . I struggle to get 20mpg with a 50/50 city/highway mix. Wind noise is unacceptably intrusive. However, engine and transmission refinement, overall ride quality, interior design and comfort, and the overall continued quality of this car are unsurpassed in the price range. Not without it faults, but definitely the best pick in this class of vehicle.

As Nice As Can Be - 2003 Honda Accord
By tucsonraymo - March 17 - 10:00 amI looked at Acura TL, Lexus ES300, & M-B C320 (not BMW cuz my 99 328i just came off lease & wanted a change)- the Accord was a better car with more features, more power and nicer interior for less money. Its very comfortable - Im 61" & 260 lbs - its roomy and quite powerful. Handles decent and the interior is top rate, even if wood is fake. Love the nav system. It really helped on a recent trip to So. Cal. Also the guages are electro-luminescent, nothing else in the class offers that.
