Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

My Third Accord - 2004 Honda Accord
By Chandos - December 29 - 2:00 amLove driving this car, I have to use the crusie control because this is a fast car. Ill be doing 90 mph and not even know it! For a 4 banger this car really performs like a 6 banger, handles well and you can accelerate quickly from 60 to 80 with a slight push on the gas pedal. My wife calls it "the fast car", she enjoys it as much as I do.

Outstanding - 2004 Honda Accord
By head - December 29 - 2:00 amI have owned quite a few vehicles in my time bit this is by far the best. Its the only car Ive ever owned where I dont lust after other cars. Its a pleasure to drive and it was reasonably priced. Every time I see another car like it (and I see alot lately)I check it out so I can see how I look going down the road, I look great. It handles great and the power is there without losing fuel economy. I am seriously grateful that I found this car.

What a great car!! - 1999 Honda Accord
By Mike K. - December 28 - 9:28 amI purchased my 1999 Honda 2Dr EX V6 new in April 99. I have 110,000 miles on this car and I must say that it is an excellent vehicle. I drive it daily and find it very enjoyable to drive. It has great performance and reliability and it is very comfortable on long drives. My overall average mileage is 23.5 miles per gallon. Which hasnt changed much since I bought the car. I plan on keeping this car for a very long time. I highly recommend it.

Great Family Sports Sedan - 2003 Honda Accord
By ZHorton - December 28 - 8:42 amIm writing this review because Edmunds.com was such a valuable source of research when I was car shopping, and I wanted to return the favor. We recently bought a used 2003 Honda Accord EX v6 with 72,000 miles. Immediately I was struck with the aggressive acceleration of the Accord - this car is fast! I had driven Hondas in the past and always loved how tight they feel, both on road handling and interior components. Everything feels well considered and integrated. I bought this car primarily for my wife for her daily use. I drive it on long road trips (just logged 1,000 miles on the last one), and feel it is perfectly suited for our needs, reliable, safe (for when we have kids) and fun!

06 Honda Accord EXL I4 - 2006 Honda Accord
By Will - December 27 - 8:17 pmVery nice upgrade from my old Mazda Tribute which had major issues. This Accord has all of the bells and whistles that my Tribute had, so I am not missing anything. I am big and tall and this is one of the most comfortable full size sedans I test drove, I especially like the seats. The exterior design is much improved from the 03-05 look especially in the rear. I am consistently getting 33-36 MPG on the highways. Once I get new tires the handling on the snow should improve. No problems with this car yet, I hope I can drive this car over 250,000 miles with normal maintenance and no mechanical catastrophes.

Good Car - 2001 Honda Accord
By Wheels5 - December 27 - 4:16 pmThis is the second Accord Ive driven, the first being a 1999 Accord EX-V6, that my Dad still drives with 180,000 miles. I bought this one for better gas mileage and Ive been extremely happy with the 29.7 MPG Ive gotten on average with 60% highway driving. Comfortable, roomy, and its got just enough power, having the manual transmission helps though also the manual isnt prone to failure like the automatic is. Overall a fun car to drive everyday that isnt great at one thing but good at everything. Go Honda!
