  I have had my 2014 Honda Accord Sport for 3 years now. The rear tires (Bridgestone Potenza RE97AS) starting cupping/wearing out unevenly at 30,000. Honda wouldnt cover under Warranty. Bought all new tires, same brand and type. Made sure to get an alignment done and rotate them with every oil change and/or every 4,000 miles. One year later with only 23,000 miles the tires are cupping again. I have heard multiple people complain about the rear tires prematurely wearing out. Had to buy all new tires again. This time I did not buy the Bridgestone Potenza tires. I went with a more family tire with more thickness and not the sporty look tires. They are called Bridgestone DriveGuard tires. Waiting on the Service Manager at Honda to call me back because I think it has something to do with either the shocks, suspension, shruts and or the wheel bearings. I have noticed that my car doesnt take bumps on the road well, even the slightest bumps. Thats why I think its the car and not exactly the tires.

  The 2014 is a nice upgrade from my 2003 Accord. The cabin is nicely appointed, and the new technology is fun to use.

  Great Car crappy CVT - 2014 Honda Accord

  I use the car for work and drive 30K a year! I have owned several CVT vehicles before this and this by far has the worst CVT I have ever owned. Car shutters until warmed up and I recently lost reverse until warmed up. Honda dealer replaced the valve body in the CVT as that is Hondas fix for the Accords and CRVs with this issue. This is a common problem in the 13-14 Accord and CRV. I now have reverse again however the shutter is still there. Besides the CVT its a great car! This is probably my fourth or fifth Honda and up to this car Honda for me meant reliability and resale. This will be my last Honda as the reliability is a real concern. I just bought my wife a 16 Pathfinder Platinum as the Pilot Elite has known transmission issues as well. Sorry Honda you lost me as a customer!

  this is a green car. I love the sporty look and the interior is beautifully done. The only complaint I have is that there is some road noise which makes it hard to hear music especially on long-distance trips. But overall this is a great car!

  Scary tires - 2014 Honda Accord

  Had to change all 4 tires after only 10m miles due to factory installed low friction tires. No longer safe driving in rain much less in snow. Changed to better quality tire and no longer have traction issues.

  Navigation system is very slow - 2014 Honda Accord

  I noticed the built in navigation system is quite a bit slow compare to the stand-alone unit. The display is confusing when you get to the intersection. Worst is when I got to a stop sign, the display just froze because it needed more time (probably about 10 seconds or more) to figure it out and to update the display. I couldnt just stop there and waited until the display is update. I got lost 3 times in a trip and waste about 15 minutes because I had to turn around. The system is good if you travel in high-ways or big roads, when you got into small roads that is when it got screw-up. Even on the high-way, a few times, the exit display gets update just as you got very close or passed the exit! You dont have time to react. The problem I think is the system is TOO SLOW and perhaps the software needs to be update. The conclusion is this system is unsafe (you need to spend more time to figure thing out or you have to make a quick move to get into the right exit), waste your time and gas because you have to turn around. If I have to give it a grade, it would be between a D and an F

  Good mileage in town or on highway. Great handling and responsive for 4 cyl. Road noise very pronounced at higher speeds on interstates especially on concrete pavement. It would be a No. 1 car if Honda could quite it down. In fact the whole honda line including Acura have the same noise issues.
