This Year's Model Updates:

The Sebring's former trim designations have been replaced with base, Touring and Limited while GTC trim carries over unchanged. Sedan and convertible models receive a restyled front fascia and new wheels, while the coupe gets new dash, door and instrument panel trim. Low-speed traction control now comes on all models equipped with antilock brakes.

Pros:
  • Spacious interiors, solid performance, long list of standard features.
Cons:
  • Lacks refinement, build quality and resale value not comparable to class leaders.

This vehicle drives like a dream, lots of get up and go. Sleek design turns heads. Great stereo sound system. I love it!!!

  • new car not the same as all the rest - 2004 Chrysler Sebring

I was looking for a car that didnt look like a box and all the Japanese cars I have been driving for the last 17 years. The cost was also a factor. The styling of the Sebring, the features, the performance and the gas mileage were all factors in my decision. So far I am not disappointed. I would recommend the touring model be considered. Some books call it LXI which is confusing. The car has no model marking, the VIN is LXI. Check it out.

For what ever reason, My 2004 Sedan is a LXi version?? Ive been a Chrysler buyer for over 15 years and they havent let me down yet! The Sebring sedan is no exception. Made the mistake of buying a 2003 Malibu to try and stay with a US product (Chrysler now being owned by a German company) was a BIG BIG mistake...dumped the Malibu at a considerable $$$ loss ASAP! Im sticking with Chrysler!

This was a gift to my wife on her retirement. It is an "extra" car. Love it so far, except blind spots when backing with the top up. Probably not something you can get with most convertibles. Very pleased.

Had Sebring for 6 mos and its been a wonderful experience. Had a noisy motor replaced on the top. Handles well and its fairly quiet for a convertible.
