Overview & Reviews
Evolutionary, mostly aesthetic changes enhance the Sebrings this year. The Sebring Coupe LX and LXi now offer a black and gray interior, and a new exterior color, Caffe Latte.
- It would be nice to find the 5-speed manual transmission with the V-6 engine. After all, this is supposed to be a sporty car.

Worst Car that you could ever imagine - 1998 Chrysler Sebring
By ashok.manthina - July 28 - 2:00 amThis is the worst Car that you could ever imagine to own. I have only 68k on this car now, and maybe spent more than $4k in repairs. And dont ever buy any car at LITHIA COLORADO JEEP 505 S HAVANA ST DENVER CO 80012 Chrysler dealer in Denver. He lied through his teeth about the warranty that he sold me.

Stay away - 1998 Chrysler Sebring
By D Reynolds - February 11 - 2:00 amDO NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE... is all I can say. I only bought it a few months ago and have nothing but transmission problems and brakes problems and now it is making all kinds of rattle noises. I wish I could take it back.....

Utter junk - 1998 Chrysler Sebring
By Sebring is worthless - January 30 - 2:00 amI have never had a car I hated so much. Low profile tires cause the rims to bend at every pothole - 5 flat tires and one blow out. Ground clearance is horrid, it doesnt clear cement parking guides. The brakes continually squeal, even when new. Shakes constantly, and starting to make noises. Front seats are too small for most men [fine for me, as I am a smaller woman]. Speakers buzz and shake with louder volume. Horn is difficult to blow. Just yuk, yuk, yuk!!!! Also, turning radius sucks.

"OH MY GOD, I THINK THE DOOR FELL OFF!" - 1998 Chrysler Sebring
By skikid787 - March 2 - 2:00 amI have never seen more cowl shake in a convertible in my life. This is the most losely assembled car I have ever seen. I like the clever exhaust note, two tone leather seats, and the green gages at night. That is no exception for pathetic performance in a convertible. I wont even get into the first time I went over train tracks with the car.
