Joes Review - 1991 Chevrolet Beretta
By Joe - June 8 - 2:06 amThis is the 2nd Beretta GT I have owned. The car is quick and nimble, and sounds like a baby muscle car. It is very low to the ground, and a bit harder to get out of than a regular car. It is/was an affordable sports car. Handling is awesome. The dashboard on most Berettas warps over time. I dont know why. My 1st Beretta was OK, but this one I bought with the dash already warped. Only the passenger side. You cant put anything on it, but it remains fully functional. Once the dash warps, the metal strip over the air vent next to the windshield becomes loose. I had to stick a folded up business card in so it wouldnt make noise. The car has 122,000 miles on it and no major problem

Rocket on Wheels - 1992 Chevrolet Beretta
By GTZdriver - March 17 - 11:34 pmThis car is amazing. I bought it from a relative a few months ago. If you like performance but dont like the high price that comes with it, I suggest the GTZ with the 2.3 liter "High Output" engine. Although 180 hp doesnt sound like much, it sure feels like a whole lot more. It has 144,500 miles and neither my relative or I have had any mechanical problems, although I can say the European suspension (Getrag) squeaks every now and again. Otherwise, it sticks to the road with its rather big tires (on 16-inch rims). As far as the interior, it is very comfortable for a compact performance car. Sure there are better cars, but not everyone has the money.

96 Chevy Beretta Still rolling! - 1996 Chevrolet Beretta
By Jinx01 - September 7 - 2:00 amI got my chevy before I got my wife, and it has seen both of us go through some major changes. It helped me move her stuff little by little into our first shared apartment. Carried the two of us to the hospital and the three of us back twice!( Shout out to Ayanna 12/10/98 and Aliya 12/09/2000) Saw us through moving into a house and still managesa to carry myself to work and my daughters to school every day! If I get another car, It will have to meets some high standards. But I plan to drive my beretta until it falls apart, and with 101000 plus miles, it hope that isnt soon.

my favorite car - 1994 Chevrolet Beretta
By fanta-c-nurse - August 5 - 2:00 ammy 4th beretta-this 94 berettaZ26 in aqua metallic is the ultimate.never once did it give me any grief.i treated it with equal respect and never missed any maintenance on it,always washed and waxed it.at 10 yrs old people still stopped me to compliment me on her.not saying i do,but i could take corners and freeway ramps at 80mph and never lose control of her.she was always the first one off a light without hesitation.there was no vehicle i couldnt pass on the freeway with her.sure you felt the bumps with her but thats the price you pay for the stiff suspension.i sold her yesterday to my nephew my new tracker will never live up to my beretta

Has its Days - 1995 Chevrolet Beretta
By Bilke - May 11 - 2:00 amThis is my second Beretta so that says a lot. I bought a Z26 new and a coupe used. It has over 125,000 miles and it still runs pretty good. The handling is great. My Z26 was very fast. My coupe is just so-so.

My First Car - 1995 Chevrolet Beretta
By Foo24Z26 - March 22 - 2:00 amIt was very sporty looking for a 1995. I love the acceloration and quickness of the car, its easy to pass with on the highway, nimble and agile in the city. I bought it with 38,000 miles on it, and now have over 150,000 and I still love it. Ive only ever had minor wear and tear items be replaced on the car and its been extremely reliable.

I take it back - 1993 Chevrolet Beretta
By DTblueSS6moslater - March 9 - 2:00 amWhen I first got my beretta gtz with the quad 4 4 cylinder moter I was absolutely in love with it, It was great, fast and good on gas what more could I want. Man was I wrong not even 6 months after I bought it the engine went bad, real bad. I have talked to dozens of other people that have had the same experience. If you find a car with the quad four engine run far and fast. stay away it will only lead to heartache. long story short I paid 2500 for my gtz in less than 6 months put 3000 into and ended up selling it to the junkyard for 50 bucks. STAY AWAY FROM THE QUAD FOUR ENGINE OR I PROMISE IT WILL COME BACK TO HAUNT YOU .

"MY BABY" !!!!!!!!! - 1995 Chevrolet Beretta
By Jennifer DeArmitt - March 3 - 2:00 amNO REGRETS FOR THIS PURCHASE! BOUGHT IT 2 YRS AGO, DRIVE IT ALOT NEARLY 1000 A WEEK SOMETIMES & IT HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN DESPITE SLOW OIL CHANGES (LAST ONE WAS OVER 10000 MILES AGO). I DONT LIKE THE WINDSHIELD WIPER CONTROL BEING A ROTATING, ROUND KNOB AND I REALLY DONT LIKE NOT HAVING A DELAY FOR WIPERS BUT THOSE ARE MINOR COMPLAINTS CONSIDERING THE DEPENDABILITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE VEHICLE. WITH DARK TINT, BRA FROM MANUFACTURER AND REGULAR WAXING IT IS AN EYE CATCHER YOU WONT SEE BROKEN DOWN SOMEWHERE. ID ADVISE ANYONE NEEDING A RELIABLE CAR THAT IS A PLEASURE TO DRIVE AND EASY TO INDIVIDUALIZE VISUALLY TO BUY ONE!!
