  • Dont buy this car! - 1995 Buick Riviera

I bought this car from a little old man with under 43000 miles. Since day one I have been funding my local mechanics kids college education. Over $3000 worth of repairs in two years. Air conditioner went twice (Im in Florida!), transmission, intake manifold, etc. Because of this car, I will never buy another American car as I am afraid

I have over 150000 miles on this car, and it still runs beautiful.. im a traveling salesman, and the company wants to get me a new car, but i dont want one, i love this one too much. from the heated leather to the supercharged V6, this car has it all.. my sunroof is always open and the stereo system in this car is great. when im home, my 17 yr old boy, loves to drive it. Im going to be keeping this car until it wil cost me to much to get a new one!

I really enjoy my 1996 Riveria. Its been really good to me, the only thing is that the trunk is starting to rust, but i guess thats no biggy. The interior has hardly any wear and the outside is equally perfect. i have the supercharged version and i sometimes race it, and i kick a$$ with it.. i really do love this car!

This is one of the most comfortable cars ever made. The ride is smooth and bumps are hardly felt. Power supplied by the 3800 V6 is fast and responsive. The seats are like leather couches that hold and support the body. The car may look long but it can corner well and fuel economy is great. I have a white "Rivi" with chrome wheels and after a fresh waxing and some polish on the rims - this car turns heads!! I am completely satisfied with this GM car.

the 1995 buick riviera the ultimate in luxury and styling over looked. on the out side you look at the riviera and notice the flowing design and sharp curves wraping around this beauty. If the exterior impresses you wait till you see the interior. Luxorious 6-way heated bucket seats with a sound system to boot!!! plus many more features to many to list!!a supercharged 3800 series motor with road burning take offs easily passes other cars in a hurry with out blowing your eardums thats right all you hear is a soft calming purr like humm!! excellent car!! the best car ive ever incountered !!!! a must buy!!!!

  • Great car except... - 1995 Buick Riviera

I bought my car at 80k.I have some problems with cruise control, rear window defogger switch and a coolant leakage. These can happen. But parts of this car are expensive.I paid 300$ for the rear fogger switch.Every repair starts from 100$ at the authorized service. But great interior design and outer design. I agree that interior design of Buick cars are bad but this one is exceptional. Gas mileage is poor, performance is fine, but could be better if the car is somewhat smaller. Reliability is same with any of the american cars I guess. If you want a more reliable car try honda or toyota but I cant find the design and fun to drive in them.

I find the acceleration to be excellant. Vear low noise inside vehicle. Instrument panel easy to read.Excellant road handling.Only drawback is the height inside, because of the Moonroof. Not enough headroom for tall individuals

Bought car in prestine condition with 42,000 miles from local Buick dealership. Glad I purchased extended warranty because a lot has been repaired. I now have chosen to take it for repairs at another local dealership because the purchase location is dishonest and further from my home. I like the car, however, it is enormous and uses a lot of fuel.
