  • Its Not a Station Wagon! - 2010 Toyota Venza
    By -

Had been driving Volvo XC70s for the last 13 years, and got tired of the station wagon styling, but wasnt willing to go to an SUV or mini-van. Loved the Venza the first commercial I saw. Finally found a slightly-used (2,300 miles) 2010 fully loaded, including navigation. Have had the car for 10 days and love it. It has great styling and is fun to drive. Ride is a little bumpy at times due to the 20" tires, but my XC70 had a similar feel. It feels very stable on winding roads. I havent driven it at night to see how the auto dimming headlights work, but they seem like an interesting concept. Have already made one trip to the plant nursery and came home with a full load- easy loading.

  • Love our Venza - 2010 Toyota Venza

We bought a Venza from Boch Toyota in Norwood, MA in April. My wife drives it and loves the entire car. The many features and the way it handles makes it a perfect car. The many features such as the automatic lift on the rear hatch allows for easy storage. The car has comfortable seating and beautiful styling. Everywhere it draws favorable attention. You cant beat a Toyota for quality. We have had several different brands and now have a Highlander in addition to the Venza.

  • Venza 6 months - 2010 Toyota Venza

MyVenza was purchased new. After 6 months and 7,500 miles, it drives just like new! Have not had one problem with my Venza. The ride is smooth, just came back from a 500 mile trip! Gas mileage was 27 mph overall for the trip! I have the 4 cyl. At 182 Hp it is very sufficient! The Venza is versatile, the cargo space is excellent. Seats fold down all or 1/2! Plenty of storage space! Electric back door is great Sound system is also excellent, especially the blue tooth phone and streaming audio from my IPhone. Start button is great! The only issue is with the small back up camera. screen is way too small! I have had many suvs, this drives like a car, but sits up high. I would buy another!

  • LOVE THE CAR...HATE THE BUMPY RIDE!!! - 2010 Toyota Venza
    By -

I purchased my car in Nov 2011, didnt notice the bumpy ride right away. I love everything about the car except the ride. Ive been told its the tires. Does anyone else have this problem and if so what have you done about it? I hate to spend the money on new tires and that does not solve the problem. Although I have read other blogs and people have complained of the bumpy ride....great car but I want a smoother ride....HELP!!! wjfun

  • It has been a year - 2010 Toyota Venza
    By -

It has been a year ( and 2 weeks) Since I got my 2010 Toyota Venza. Its Fun To Drive compared to my previous vehicle (2000 toyota 4runner). The sterring may be light but it is very agile. The ride is bumpy but I got over it. Its Great in the snow. I feel safe in it and it handles well in wet conditions. The color is fantastic. Very comfortable seats and good (front visibility) the Back up camera helps alot. The bluetooth streaming audio is fabulous.

  • Luv my Venza - 2010 Toyota Venza

I love my Venza. I am an avid cyclist and had been seeking a vehicle to transport my bike with a couple of friends bikes to charity bike ride events that could handle a couple of guys that are pretty good size and still very athletic (me- 64" tall 280lbs and friends 66" 250 lbs -. I took six months to thoroughly research my choices and whittled it down to the T- Venza, A- ZDX and H-Accord Crosstour. I eliminated the Cross Tour after the test ride- seemed woefully low on power and handled like a truck. I really liked the ZDX but getting in and out was very awkward and it wasn’t at all worth the price difference of $20k or more for similar equipment. Very sleek and I get constant looks.

  • LOVE IT! - 2010 Toyota Venza

I wanted this car the day it came out. Cant understand why I waited so long. It is awesome! I got the base model with cloth seats. Even the base model is better than most cars with options. Went from a Sequoia to the venza and to me it handles like a race car. Stylish exterior. Convenient, comfortable interior. I think Im gonna go for a drive right now! A little disappointed I didnt realize mine only had a single CD player. (Why even make single cd players?)

  • Lexus-light... - 2010 Toyota Venza
    By -

Resembles a 2008 Lexus RX with fewer features and a reasonable price tag. Traded an 08 Outback for the Venza because of the need for more rear-seat room. The Venzas 4-cylinder engine is adequate but works hard on steep grades. The 6-AT is buttery smooth, which makes the engine tolerable. Quiet ride. Strong brakes. Solid feel. Build quality is above par, although the molding of a few dash panes could be better. Also, odd metallic sound from under the car is heard when the rear doors are closed. Comfortable, supportive seats. LOTS of passenger space. Clear gauges and instrumentation. Poor snow traction with OEM tires. Overall well-appointed base model. few interior dash panels

  • Good but not great - 2010 Toyota Venza
    By -

The Venza is my wifes new car that replaces her RX300. I have followed the Venza through its concept to completion and was anxious to get in one. Now after putting 1000 mi on her car I have developed mixed emotions on my feelings about the car. First off it is a great value especially the lease we got. However it is not even close to the interior build quality of my wifes ex Lexus or my XC70 wagon. The interior is a bit lackluster filled with cheap plastic textured panels that trap the spring pollen and feel cheap. The cloth seats offer little support as well. The CVT 4 cyl is peppy bet needs time to wind up. The ride is a bit rough and at times reminiscent of motion sickness.

  • What a Vehicle - 2010 Toyota Venza
    By -

I have spent the last 8 months going through Edmunds.com, Motor Trend, Car and Driver, and the Consumers Reports magazines reading about this vehicle and it is every bit as much as these companies said it was. The ride, the handling, the Toyota name, I have a 2008 Highlander, and traded in a 2005 Highlander and the Venza is a much better vehicle than those two. I compared the Venza to the Ford Edge, the Nissan Murano, and the Lexus RX350 and the Venza came out on top in every category. The Surround Sound system sounds great no matter what you play.
