One Happy Toyota Family - 2011 Toyota Sienna
By Danlson - April 19 - 2:16 pmAfter one month and 1300 miles Im still very impressed with this vehicle. I had a Chrysler Town & Country Touring and the Sienna is so far above that it is unbelievable. The quietness is the first thing I noticed. The wide screen DVD system keeps the kids quiet too. I was so happy to find wireless headsets for that! Some have written about cheap plastic in the interior but I dont find it offensive. Different but not awful. Performance has been great.

We are so happy, Toyota took the time to understand the needs of families [like mine with 3 kids] and has designed an awesome minivan that meets so many of our needs and wants. Honda quality is overrated [put a new transmission in the 01 Odyssey at 60k miles]. Toyota makes a quality product with great features

Highly Recommended - 2011 Toyota Sienna
By texsteeler - January 11 - 7:49 pmWe love our Sienna. Weve had it for approximately 4 months and have put almost 5,000 trouble-free miles on it, including several long road trips. The Vehicle Quiet, roomy, comfortable, attractive, safe, and reliable. Very agile steering -- this huge vehicle is very nimble in parking lots and tight corners. I think the base XLE is a very good value, especially with an after-market DVD player. In my opinion the premium package and limited versions are too expensive, and the AWD version seems to have some disadvantages. The Competition There are lots of great minivans on the market but the Sienna was an easy choice for us. Weve always found Hondas to be uncomfortable, and Ive never been impressed by the Odysseys consumer reviews. The Kia is nice, but we thought the Sienna was much more attractive and we were surprised how little difference there is in the price. The Quests styling is polarizing and controversial (once again) and the limited cargo situation was an issue for us despite its beautiful interior. Finally, I just dont trust Chrysler/Dodge quality (whether thats fair or not). Final words I think the cheap interior controversy is a little over-hyped. The 2011 XLE cabin is much more attractive than the 2010 Sienna or the 2011 Sedona. Additionally, since there is absolutely no center column, this interior just feels much more spacious then most other vehicles. Being a practical, price-conscious consumer, I would have loved to have saved money by buying a used Sienna, but the used Siennas are so bizarrely expensive its just not worth it. Bottom Line: Highly recommended. We are very happy with our 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE.

We love our first sienna! - 2011 Toyota Sienna

I emailed and called different dealerships and even tried the Costco Auto Program. We got this base model Sienna for around $500 UNDER INVOICE! Dont be scared & embarrassed to negotiate, THANKS TO EDMUNDS.COM. I like the reliability of Toyota, i dont care about all the bad publicity. We own a 2005 Corolla as well and we only had to change the battery, tires and brakes. Thats it. This Sienna is daddy friendly. It is so quiet that you will not even realize the engine is running. I dont know why everyone else bought the 6 cyl when the 4 cyl CAN DO THE JOB! i have 4 kids and they love it!

Thrilled - 2011 Toyota Sienna
By KYMom - September 30 - 11:40 pmThis is my 4th minivan. Second Toyota and by far the best. Only thing I miss is the storage compartments in the door handles. If thats all I can complain about life is good. My children are thrilled with the larger screen and I love the Navigation System. Very pleased with the new leather interior as well. A quality looking automobile.

excellent mini - 2011 Toyota Sienna

Had a minor problem with the power steering making noises @ 10000 miles got it fixed. other than that no problems. Went to the sienna because of the options that came with the vehicle. Plus checked autobeef.com seen that the odyssey had tranny problems where as the sienna didnt have as much not knocking honda, but my sienna i love it. If i had to do it over again i would probably get the odyssey because of the looks of the exterior back in 07, vs the sienna looks, but would have brought the sienna for its reliabilty in 07,08,09,2010,11. so to sum it up go get a 2011 sienna like i did u will love it.

Excellent - 2011 Toyota Sienna
By mike0205 - May 16 - 3:10 pmI took a month to compare the Odyssey EX and Sienna LE and found that EX lacks features that are standard in the LE. The only advantage on the EX is the second row middle seat but I thought how many days practically I will use it while I will use the blue tooth, backup camera, USB interface, Roof Rails, one touch windows (back seat), XM radio, Sun shield, Home link etc on a daily basis. Also the third row seats in Odyssey is smaller than Sienna and I started getting back ache within a 7 mile test ride (my wife was driving) while I was able to sit comfortable in Sienna with ample leg room (I am 6.1" with 230 pounds). Sienna LE comes out to $3500 cheaper than EX.

Another happy swagger family! - 2011 Toyota Sienna
By queentot - May 8 - 4:15 amOur family of five outgrew our 2006 Mazda5 (great car) and were we ready for a full-size minivan. We researched, test drove and compared all the top recommended, re-designed vans of 2011, and ultimately decided on the Sienna. We are all so happy with our new minivan! I like that the Sienna 11 is an IIHS top safety pick, and I preferred the exterior appearance to the other top safety pick van. I also really liked that I could get a lot of useful and important features (two rows of sunshades, iPod connectivity and XM) without having to get leather seats (ick, who thinks dead cow is luxury?!) Overall the Sienna was the perfect minivan package for our family - our swagger wagon rules!

Just purchased - 2011 Toyota Sienna
By siennadaddy - January 12 - 3:53 pmJust purchased 2011 Sienna XLE FWD with Nav pkg. Silver Sky Metallic. Since the car has only 100 miles on it, cant tell hows the mileage. Drives and feels like Lexus. Very quiet cabin and minimal wind noise. Turning radius is great. When compared to 2009 Odyssey EX-L with nav and RES (my brother has one), feels much luxurious, quieter, better leather material.

By Ty - December 4 - 6:13 pmWe looked at minivans for years before finally buying this. It was not so much the soccer-mom stigma but also the price as you get into the more loaded models. We did not want a stripped down model since this was also for the long trips and outings. The Honda was ok but uncomfortable, lacked the refinement and was too rough-riding for the family. This new Sienna is not spongy but not harsh either. The interior is astonishing and the bells and whistles make a 10 min show-off session to neighbors and relatives. The kids love it and just want to hang out in it all day and my wife proudly calls it the Swagger Wagon. LTD is expensive but compares very well to what 40k buys these days.
