We bought this suv in oct. and have had no trouble at, all the dealership has been more than great. Gas mileage could be better but all in all the vehicle has performed more than expected.

Weve had our Sequoia for 5 years now - 80000 miles - and it still runs like a charm. It is comfortable, easy to drive, and weve had NO issues with it the entire time. Highly recommend for a great long-term daily car.

I had 3 new Toyota 4Runners since 1988 and the 2004 Sequoia is truly one of the best trucks in the world. I do quite a bit of 4wheeling, and this truck is better than any other truck I have driven, I dont like the new look of the 4Runner so I am glad the Sequoia took its place.

  • Bad Rear end! - 2004 Toyota Sequoia

I have had my Sequoia in the shop 4 times and only have 2,000 miles on it. Ive had a new set of tires and rims put on, but there is still something wrong with the rear end. The dealership says it rides like it should and if that is the case, then Im very disappointed. Drive you vehicle out on the highway and put at least 25 miles on it, before you decide to keep that one.

  • Great SUV, with problems - 2004 Toyota Sequoia

Love the Truck, Its like driving your living room sofa. The truck has been in the shop for a week with a rear axle problem, The service dept has been good so far and they provided a decent loaner, so I am hoping for the best. I didnt like the sales tactics by the dealership, be aware and get your trade in #s in writing before you make the deal.

  • Very Different! - 2004 Toyota Sequoia

We traded a Honda Odyssey for the SR5 and are very pleased. Two cautions for those coming from a minivan. 1. you lose the pass through between the captains chairs to the 3rd row. 2. the Odyssey sipped gas, the Sequoia guzzles it. BUT it rides like a cloud on wheels and feels as safe as a bank vault. Overall, bigger than the van but you lose cargo space in the back - par for the course for 4x4s. Bottomline, if 4 wheel drive is not important to you then stick with a minivan. Otherwise, this is a great car.

THIS IS MY FIRST TOYOTA, THE VEHICLE IS LIVING UP TO ITS REP ON EXCELLENT QUALITY AND VALUE. THE STYLING RANKS WITH THE BEST OF THEM IN CLASS, HOWEVER THE RELIABILITY PUSHES THIS VEHICLE OVER THE TOP.
