Best SUV available - 2004 Toyota Sequoia
By John M. Philly,PA - July 15 - 2:00 amIve had 4X4s for over 20 years. Ford,Chevy,Jeep,Nissan and Lexus. This is by far the most capable 4X4 Ive ever driven. I bought a Sequoia Limited with all the options for just under $50K a little over a month ago. We have already had three pretty good snowstorms and the traction control is flawless. The ride and handling is great. I would recommend this truck to anyone, if you can find one.

Love it!!! - 2004 Toyota Sequoia
By susan - July 7 - 4:40 amIve owned Ford Explorer, Jeep Cherokee, Dodge Durango - this is my SECOND Sequoia, what does that say about the car? Ultimate in comfort; Ive got two 65" family members, and the four of us (plus 2 large Rottweilers) are comfortable in this great car on a weekly 3-hour drive to New England ski areas! The power folding exterior mirrors are a godsend when getting on and off the ferry. . . if this car could get great gas mileage, it would be perfect (we get 17 city and 20 highway).

The best Ive ever owned! - 2004 Toyota Sequoia
By JTT - May 28 - 10:00 amThe ONLY thing that the Sequoia lacks, of which I dont understand why they dont have it already, is the GPS and electronic maps! Other than that, the Sequoia is a 10!

Great Replacement for my LS430 - 2004 Toyota Sequoia
By cypherjeff - May 23 - 10:00 amThis is a great SUV. I looked all around to find a replacement for my LS430. I found it in the Sequoia. My wife wants this instead of her 2004 Sienna.

By Filmwritin - April 26 - 2:00 amThe fit and finish on this vehicle is excellent. Better all around than expected. Much more quality and comfort for the dollar then the domestic competition.

Rear Hatch has flaws - 2004 Toyota Sequoia
By Nicole - March 29 - 6:56 amI was disappointed with this vehicle. I had always heard how wonderful Toyota was and actually I liked my jeep grand cherokee much better. I only traded it because I needed a bigger vehicle. The rear liftgate has been stuck shut 7 times and this seems to be a common problem. Also - the rear window stopped working after about 50K miles. When the seats are folded up, they slam backwards and can catch a kids hand or foot if youre not careful. I also think for the price, the passenger side should have a power lumbar (like the Chevys and Jeeps have). Overall - the seats are stiff and not comfortable - when I trade I will be going back to Jeep or to a Suburban.
