I have only put 5000 miles on my Corolla in the past 3 weeks but so far its a tight little car with great driving feel and good performance with great mileage.

An excellent and reliable car. I recently had a bad accident in my former Corolla, and I am pretty sure I wouldnt be typing this if I was in a lesser car.

This is my first Car Ive bought brand new. And I was nervous at first, but after dealing with Toyota and seeing how good of a car the Corolla is I consider myself very lucky to have a Corolla. Its resale is good, doesnt lose much value, and you rarely hear of issues with any Toyota... I recently drove my car on a 3300km trip and after the trip I didnt find myself tired of drivig it. Is a fun car with alot of jump for its size.

  • Excellent vehicle - 2006 Toyota Corolla

I have owned my Corolla for two months. It is an excellent vehicle for driving around town. I havent taken it on a long trip yet, but 30 miles on the highway felt fine. Seating and steering wheel positioning is a bit tricky, but I found a position Im happy with. I definitely like the feel of driving it, it handles nicely, and feels secure. The seats on the LE have a nice soft feel. The heating and A/C work great. The gas mileage so far has been similar to rated mileage - about 30 in overall driving (drive up hills a lot). I got the LE for invoice which I was happy about. A couple of small things - car dings pretty easily, and a very annoying seat belt ding. Otherwise very happy.

This car is getting 41 miles to the gallon most times and I am loving its cost effectiveness on gasoline. I love this car....

  • Toyota S--pure enjoyment - 2006 Toyota Corolla

I have had my Corolla S, with the bells and whistles, and have enjoyed every minute of it. Even my teenage kids think its a hot car, and the fuel efficiancy is wonderful too. Keep the BMW, Mercedes, and whatever else is out there... my next car down the line will be a toyota.

  • Reliable as none - 2006 Toyota Corolla

This is my second consecutive Corolla and my third consecutive Toyota in general. Since I discover Toyota, and comparing with previous other car-makers, I will buy Toyotas until the day I die. My previous Corolla ran for 153,000 miles and it never needed a repair. The interior is like you purchased a luxury car. The drive is smooth and it gives you the sensation that every piece is in the right place. I keep buying this car because it gives me security that not matter the distance or the time I will always make it to my destination without a problem. Thats a big peace of mind.

Drive it first. The noise level is pretty high. That said, things that matter more to me are this cars strong suits. The gas mileage is phenomenal. It is STILL getting 32 or so mpg, and we drive back roads more than highways. Its got a lot of miles, but just goes and goes and goes. We do maintain the oil changes religiously. We were told not to bother tuning it up as long as the mileage is so good, so well do one when/if that starts to fall. We did replace the belt (theres only one for everything). It didnt cost that much. Weve kept good tires on it. If you care for it, itll care for you.

  • What a nice car - 2006 Toyota Corolla

I bought the CE manual because I wanted an econo car that was reliable. Man, did I get one. Its beautiful, its blue, its a heck of a lot of fun to drive. Let me mention the price- $13.8K out the door - and this was AFTER I bought insurance at the dealer for the 1st month. This car is awesome. Its pretty - has a great sound system, though only a 1 disc CD, its not slow at all, and it gets amazing gas mileage. Ive only owned GM cars previously. Never again. Im keeping this car for a long time. Only gripes: no side airbags, rolldown windows- my fault because I wanted cheap. Could have gotten them. If you want a great car for a great price, you wont be sorry with this one

  • So far I love it - 2006 Toyota Corolla
    By -

I got my car in Feb. 2006, so far I have had no troubles with it. The price was good and it had all the basic features that I wanted (I have the LE). The driver seat was a little hard to get used to at first and the back seat head rests are a little high for me to see over sometimes. I like how the radio/CD player are up high on the dash, I dont have to look down while driving to change stations. I love how the lights are automatic. One feature I like, but dont like, when you unlock the car and dont open the doors it will lock up automatically after a few min. Like, in case I cant remember if I locked it, dislike, keys could still be inside.
