The 2006 Scion tC receives a new three-spoke steering wheel with audio controls, and the Pioneer audio system has a new head unit design and remote mini-jack port for portable music sources. Newly available is integrated iPod connectivity, which delivers iPod display information and allows unit control through the audio system.

  This car is unbeatable for the number of standard features at its price point. The no-haggle "pure pricing" of the car was a big plus. I passed on all the dealer options except the side curtain airbags and iPod upgrade (which is worth the extra $ IMO). The stock radio is sufficient. This car has a comfortable and uncomplicated interior design. I like the convenience of having a hatchback. Everyone who has sat in back says the back seats are very comfortable. While Ive read other reviews complaining about blind spots, I havent found it to be a problem. The ride is comfortable and the engine is plenty peppy enough for me. It has good handling and a good turning radius

  Contrary to the information I entered, I own a 2005 Scion TC that I purchased in November of 04 (for some reason, I was not able to enter this info). Ive owned the car for a little over six months now and I have to say that Ive been thrilled with my purchase. For one, the tC is an exceptional value. I paid just under $18,000 for a Silver- Streak, automatic transmission model with the optional airbag package (well worth the $600 and change for the safety...not to mention peace of mind). Every time I get in the car, Im impressed with its overall build quality, smooth operation, German-esque ride, and impressive array of standard features. I test drove a tC and Civic...EASY decision.

  If you are anything like me, I could not afford a $30,000 vehicle. I test drove everything even cars that I could not afford for about a year stubornly picky about the car I wanted....until i drove the Scion tC. In a nut shell it has looks, reliability, handling, speed, a great stereo, best wheel package in its class, an engine that will last, fuel eficient without looking like a space ship, an endless amount of accesories and mod capabilities, safe, but most of all sexy. All this for only $17,000 to $20,000!! If this car is marketed to young buyers than older buyers are missing out on a great investment.

  Perfect car (MPG & FUN) - 2006 Scion TC

  I replaced my 96 Ford Probe GT with a lowered (TRD springs) dark blue, 5- speed Scion tC. Its perfect, quiet, gets great mpg, and looks the part. Everyone that has looked at it thinks I made a great purchase and they are all right on the money. My first 331 miles netted 28.4 mpg. It should get better with a good break-in to! I also had heated seats and floor mats added but nothing else. I suggest you look at it if your in this market because you get Toyota build quality and some great looks to boot. Also with it being a hatchback you cant believe how much stuff you can get in one to. Buy one they rock!

  Great Car - 2006 Scion TC

  The acceleration is very good. I only have 2,000 miles on mine but have not experienced any problems. I have seen only one other tC on the road (in Ohio). I like the availability of reasonably priced accessories on the Internet.

  Awesome car in every way. A real looker and performs beyond my expectations. It has a great stereo, is comfortable, great A/C, and handles like a sports car.

  Good for a Small Car - 2006 Scion TC

  Overall the Scion tC is a good car, although it is not the best car for me. At first I loved everything about the car but the more I used it the more I realized how little space was actually available in it. It has a great 4-cylinder engine that is quicker than you would expect. The ride is a little rough and the seats are not very comfortable. However, the interior visually is very appealing. One note: I got the Scion Sirius installation when I bought the car--big mistake! The radio flashed the antenna and neither the dealer or Scion could help. I eventually I re-routed the antenna and installed a plug and play Sirius tuner and quit using the Scion installed one.

  It is awesome with all of the features and accessories. it is also very fun to show off and fun to drive.
