The 2010 Nissan Sentra receives a new optional navigation system (late availability) that includes a 5-inch color screen and real-time traffic information. Other tweaks include revised headlights and taillights for all models, a new grille and front fascia for the 2.0, 2.0 S and 2.0 SL, a standard 4.3-inch color-display audio head unit with iPod and Bluetooth controls for 2.0 SL and the SE-R models, and an optional back-up camera for the navigation system. Also, the 2.0SL receives standard stability control, but its leather upholstery is now optional rather than standard. Finally, the slight fuel economy increase provided by last year's "FE+" trim level has been added to all models with the 2.0-liter engine and continuously variable transmission (CVT).

By Stephi1 - November 19 - 10:00 amThe gas mileage is better than what sites say! Now that Ive had the car for almost a year and put 16,000 miles, I get an average of 31.5 mileage per gallon. With 70% city and 30% hwy. The car lets you automatically know what your current gas mileage so its easy to learn the most efficient way to drive. Otherwise still a wonderful car I am sure will have awesome resale. & go for the smart key!

By Teresa West - June 17 - 6:49 pmI would trade my 2010 nissa sentra for just about any other car on the road. Admittedly, I put a lot of miles on my car due to my job. But I purchased because of its claim of great gas mileage and extremely low maintenance. 200,000 miles later, I am looking at replacing the tranny for the second time (first one went out just over 100Kmiles, and just after warranty of course) Today, it needs another tranny and an engine rebuild. I now have spent almost as much on maintenance and repairs as i did on the original loan--of which still owe $7K Guess how much its worth for trade-in? Thats right,a whopping $750 i can scrap it for more, which is what I will probably have to do. no help from nissa DUMPED IT AT THE FIRST OPPORTUNITY!!!!!!!

Ive never bought a new car and had a little bit of sticker shock, but bought mine for a very good deal and have been impressed with the quality and the overall feel of driving. Very good looking car, and very good on your wallet. My first car was a 1999 Nissan Sentra, and I plan on sticking with them for years to come!

By malachy - April 17 - 7:13 pmThis is an interesting car. There are times I am underwhelmed with it, other times I am really glad I decided to go with it. The size, comfort, and ride of the car are some of its best attributes. I bought the car because of the front seat. The looks of the car appear to be polarizing. I like the looks compared to other cars in this class. As a guy though, all I see are girls driving it around. The performance is pretty average. The CVT is still an enigma to me, although I am fairly happy with it. The engine drone and tapping (when below 56 degrees) I can do with out. I feel the gas mileage is great (34 - 75% highway). I have gotten 38 on trips before.

Best Car for the Money - 2010 Nissan Sentra
By MustDriveOn - April 9 - 9:00 pmI LOVE this car. I upgraded from a 2006 Sentra that I also got new off the lot. I researched cars for literally a year before finally deciding on this one. Other choices were the Honda Civic and Mitsubishi Lancer among others. Major upgrades on this car over the past Sentras. I love the sportier look of the SR with the underbody kit and the interior comfort. This car has EVERYTHING on it that I wanted, but my favorite feature is the CVT. Seamless driving means more power and faster pickup on the highway. Getting 30 mpg.

By dancetec121 - January 21 - 3:23 amThis car was up on a flat bed after only 34 miles! not liking this car much. the computer needed to be replaced all ready! so far i cant wait for the lease on this thing is up. steer clear! check out the new 2010 Mazda 3 loved the hatch back very fun to drive.

Not Happy Not Driving - 2010 Nissan Sentra
By Dave Caylor - January 13 - 4:06 pmIts a good car but, customer service is terrible. Getting replacement parts following an accident has been a nightmare. Its going on FOUR MONTHS and we are still waiting without even definite delivery date for a simple wiring harness. Of course even though the car is not in our possession but in a repair shop, payments are still due to Nissan Acceptance Corporation on time. It really is infuriating to make payments on this car and bum a ride to work to pay for it. Would you like to have this experience? I have never before written a letter of complaint to anyone, but this experience takes the cake.

Both accidents no one was hurt which made me a Nissan buyer forever! I miss my altima! Great gas mileage 33 mpg! Roomy. Quiet and nice on the freeway! You will be become a Nissan buyer for ever take my word! Thank you Nissan for saving my husbands life!

Nissan needs improvement - 2010 Nissan Sentra
By Tab - December 11 - 4:20 pmI bought a 2010 Sentra in April and Ive already put 13,445 miles on it. I drive a lot for work. The one thing I really wish they had is cruise control. Why is not standard. I dont know. Also, theres only power source. I use a GPS and a cell phone so I have interchange the two, which is annoying. Some things should just be standard. Overall, its not a bad car for someone who doesnt drive that much.
