  • Fun, reliable, and cheap!! - 2004 Nissan Sentra

I love my Spec-V! Though I have left it unmodified so far, it is still great to drive. The huge engine has plenty of low-end grunt, making passing a breeze even without a downshift. The suspension and Brembo brake system are top notch, especially considering the price. I paid 16,980 USD! All in all, for the money there is no car that can compete.

I bought this car back in 2003 and I got ripped off, but I now that I look back on it,it was worth every penny. Itsa nice entry level car for teenagers, and I love the torque steer!!!

I bought my Spec V about three weeks ago and I have no regrets. Well maybe just one, shifting the gears feels really crunchy. Other than a little getting used to shifting, this car is one bad MOFO. The interior is roomier than any civic, Integra, or lancer that ive been in and the ride is smooth, even for the SPEC V suspension. If you do your home work you will see that that this bad boy offer more bang for your buck when comparing to the VW GTI, the Civic Si, the Neon SRT4 and the Focus SVT. Tests drive them all and make your own decision, but for the budget conscious sport car enthusiast the Spec V is definitely the way to go.

  • ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER !!! - 2004 Nissan Sentra

This is my very first non-USA name vehicle that I have owned. Also by far, this is the best car for the money that I had to spend. I test drove a KIA and Ford Focus, not even close to the looks and handling of my Sentra. Not only was the Sentra superior, the sales staff were outstanding. They helped me decide, not forced me to decide. Good Job Nissan!! J.A.G.

I think that the car is one of the best on the market for the price. It gives you so much for the money 17" alloys, 175hp, sport tuned suspension, and a 6 speed transmission. You cant believe what it can do for you. Check it out for yourself.

  • A dream to Mod - 2004 Nissan Sentra
    By -

I bought the car in on Jan 16, 2004 and traded in a 2002 SE-R Automatic. I took all my mods off the 02 and had them put on the 04 at delivery. (Stillen Cat back exhaust, Nismo CAI, Nismo Header, Nismo Cams) The mods are endless on the web. The car is now a few steps ahead of the SI or such. You really do not need to mod the car if you want to go fast but it sure is fun to do.

  • Beat out Civic and Corolla - Great Rebat - 2004 Nissan Sentra
    By -

Originally we wanted a Manual, but couldnt find one in upstate NY. Went with an Automatic, sunroof, ABS, side ABs, Road Trip Group and spoiler. For all these features we paid what a stripped down Civic or Corolla would cost, due to the $2500 rebate. Nissan also gave us a 4.25% loan. Quality is up with Toyota and Civic, dont know what Edmunds is looking at. Its got adequate power and is stylish. The interior is functional and well laid out. The back seat is plenty big, again what is Edmunds looking at - Im 6 with long legs. Trunk is a good size and the fold down seats are welcome. Not sure on gas mileage yet, only have about 500 miles on it.
