Overview & Reviews
Nissan adds a roadster to the 350Z lineup. Available in Enthusiast and Touring variants, the 2004 Nissan 350Z roadster offers the same performance and handling as the Z coupe but with the added fun of top-down driving. In other news, satellite radio (either XM or Sirius) is a new option this year for the Touring version of the coupe.
- Smooth and powerful V6 engine, excellent handling, available drop-top version, a bargain compared to anything that can run with it.
- Rough ride on Track model, some low-grade interior materials, lack of luggage space, poor rearward visibility.

Lamans Sunset love - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By desmopedro - April 21 - 2:00 am"I was sick of driving all of my friends around." That was how I was going to start this review. Its February 27th here in MN, and this is the first time I have driven my car to a new job I just took. Hmmm, it goes so much deeper that that! Not only does the car turn heads around town, it still turns mine! The performance is GREAT, the styling is superb, and the cost is excellent. I have done a few things to the already potent V6 that has increased performance a little, and has let is breath, sending its beautiful tone to let the world hear. Ok, the only time I talk like this is about my Girlfriend and my car. It MUST be LOVE!

Good to go - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Wamphyrie - April 16 - 10:00 amI have owned many vehicles over the past forty years, but this car is truly a joy to drive...the only real problems with the car is the fact that rain comes in the windows when cracked open, and the directional signals have a tendancy to stick or will not release back to neutral unless the wheel is turned sharply..also the door has a very sharp edge and i gouged myself pretty good on the second day i owned it..i love this car tho..it is a real head turner and eye opener, and really flies on interstates and handles very well

Great Car Fun to drive - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Gregory J Strzelecki - April 10 - 6:51 pmI loved this car. Owned it for 3 years and drove 70,000 miles. I sold it for just 3,000 less then I paid for it. I only had one mechanical issue with this car, it went into sleeper mode a few times. It was easy to fix with no out of pocket expense. this car was very fast handled great no complaints. I would love to own one again. By Gregory J Strzelecki

2004 Nissan 350Z Touring 2dr Coupe (3.5L 6cyl 6M) - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By rugosports - March 12 - 1:05 pmWhat a fun car to drive. Gas mileage is OK . I was use to it because I went from a Mercedes SUV which required High Test gas to this. If your looking for a car that never get old this is the one.

catch me if you can - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By cra-zzz - March 8 - 2:00 amFor the price i spent you cant find anything that would be a ble to keep up, better ride then the boxster and the 911 carrera, more cabin space the the toyota mr2 spyder, and more power then the mazda rx8. what more is there to say.

Z car delivers where others fail. - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By nzz - March 8 - 2:00 amI was set to buy an S2k..and decided I needed more torque. I tried the G35, but it wallowed and squealed in corners...so i decided to pass. Tried the Rx8, just found the motor and styling underwhelming. Tried the Z and was instantly won over. The Zs motor is the best in its class...the Zs handling is probably second best to the S2k (but its much easier to drive quickly b/c of the stability aids).

The Nissan Z - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Free Willy - March 8 - 2:00 amThis car is a dream....excellent handling, stunning appearance, good gas mileage, fun to drive. Its only weakness is that it cannot be driven in snowy, icy conditions. It Is very powerful but very lightweight and therefore sldes all over the place on snowy/icy roads.Otherwise a great performing, very powerful, fun to drive vehicle. I love it!

To much - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Johnny_blaze0024 - March 8 - 2:00 amI traded this car in before i had a chance to kick myself in the but later. It cost to much had no special features and was to small inside. I expected a little more cargo room not much but at least more room then they gave me i would not recommend this car unless you are balding and having a midlife crisis!

Awesome Driving Machine - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By usmc31 - March 4 - 10:00 amThis is my first sports car. I upgraded from an Accord sedan to the Z (big difference!!!!!). Let me tell you, this machine performs above my expectations. After researching and following the progress througout since its release, I decided to acquire one so far I like the car. I actually find excuses to just go out and drive it around the block. Overall, its a great package. It appears the "Total Quality Management" process Nissan uses has helped them put out a great performance automobile.
