Eye Pleasing Performer - 2005 Kia Amanti
By b - March 23 - 11:30 amI love the look and the feel, but not the gas mileage. It could use a little more horses under the hood just to match its competitors.

Love my Kia Amanti - 2005 Kia Amanti
By Paula - March 17 - 9:26 amI got my Kia Amanti in Aug. 04 and have never been disappointed in it. I traded a Cadillac Catera for it, and I prefer the Kia. It is a great size car, handles well, and the price is right. I have had nothing done to it; other than oil changes and regular maintenance. It is a great car, and I will purchase another one in the future.

Kia Amanti - 2005 Kia Amanti
By Glenrait - December 2 - 2:33 pmThe typical Kia reliability is evident in the Amanti as well as in the other Kia cars Ive owned over the past 11 years. Excellent value, absolute reliability. Its not a "performance" car, nor does it pretend to be. More than adequate power for "normal" driving.

Amanti Ride - Enjoyable - 2005 Kia Amanti
By 2004 Kia Amanti - November 23 - 11:43 pmFor the money, it is a nice riding and fairly reliable automobile. The quality of interior components is great. The exterior trim and styling are outstanding. The drivetrain components maintain their life expectancy. Contrary to Consumer Reports, the car does NOT shake and rattle at high speeds. The exterior hepa filter for incoming air is a problem. When it clogs, its a $245.00 replacement item. The vehicle and computer will operate without the filter. At 30,000 miles, two new sets of front rotors, tires and oil/filter every 3,000 keeps me going. An enjoyable car to drive and maintain.

Great Faux Mercedes - 2005 Kia Amanti
By ER - October 2 - 4:30 pmBought as rentacar with 12k mi and 1 yr old, we added 100k warranty for about $2k. Drive daily and on road trips with 2 small kids (now at 52k). Very good performance (no warranty repairs, just maintenance) and xlint comfort. Interior construction better than a Benz and just as quiet. Large trunk, durable leather, icy AC. Lots of looks when we take it into Mexico - they dont have these yet - but most people mistake it for a Jag in states.

Love my Amanti - 2005 Kia Amanti
By Krissy - August 21 - 12:16 pmWhat a great car. We went to the west coast; had a lot of people admire and ask questions. If the gas price would have been a little lower, our trip could have been perfect. We would recommend the Amanti as the perfect car.

The Best Surprise - 2005 Kia Amanti
By Stan - August 15 - 9:10 amMy wife and started looking for cars at the end of 2004. We looked at the Avalon, LeSabre, Marquis and Chrysler 300. The KIA Amanti was in the same showroom as the 300 and we fell in love with the car and the price was the best surprise. We got EVERY extra the car comes with and they added a $3,000 rebate to boot. This is the most incredibly luxurious car for $23,500 that we ever saw. I cant say enough good things about it. Would but another in a heartbeat.

Best Kept Secret in Imports - 2005 Kia Amanti
By mechanic80 - July 30 - 2:23 amFinishing up seven months of ownership on this vehicle and I can honestly say that the Q45 Infinity that I traded is a distant memory. The build quality, fit and finish, ride and performance are everything that I expected and more! Still a head-turning style (a big part of the decision to buy) and now more recognized as the quality vehicle it is, this has got to be the bargain of the decade. Luxury AND affordability in the same package. Im gonna make sure I own some KIA stock.
