Still loving it! - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By Tonk - May 5 - 10:55 amBought used in 06 w/46K - replaced brakes at 90K (1st time - $800) and just replaced relay for radiator fan ($160). Aside from klunky sound from front axel area car has been amazing. I drive a lot and love feeling safe & secure. Was ready to trade to newer model until read they were being discontinued. Will probably keep it till Im embarrassed by rust or until it just wont run...Love it!

Pleasantly Surprised - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By rcunning_1217 - April 29 - 10:00 amAfter reseaching, I felt that it was worth taking a look at. Well, my first impression after seeing the vehicle was...Wow. Really looks great. Was previous minivan owner and wanted something other than van or SUV. After test driving the Pacifica, I was hooked. I couldnt believe how comfortable the ride was. I was pleasantly surprised at how luxurious the interior was; the seats are comfortable and leg room is more than adequate. I felt that it was a really well built car. Ive owned for 3 months and can say that I really love it. The attention that the car recieves, the comfort, the overall experience has been great.

By orion191 - April 29 - 10:00 amThe Pacifica was perfect for me!!!!! I have enough room to comfortably lug around a few kids or friends yet I dont feel like a "Soccer Mom" with a clunky minivan. It handles well to be as large and heavy as it is and it has a wonderful sleek exterior look to it along with the fact that interior screams luxury. I think Chrysler made a good decision with the V6 - you have ample power (although not exceptional) along with great gas mileage. All in all, I love the fact that the Pacifica is practical yet fun!!!! By the way I only paid $34,000 for a fully loaded Pacifica.

Wow! Wow! Wow!!!! - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By mykidsrthebest - April 29 - 10:00 amI needed a bigger car coming from a sedan. Car is great for carpool with the kids. Seats unbelievably comfortable and DVD system a Godsend for any parents. I get the best looks driving through the streets and everybody asks me what car Im driving. I should get comission (LOL). My only problem is someone broke my passenger side window on the first day that I had the car and it is now six weeks later and Chrysler did hasnt manufactured replacement parts.

Best Car. - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By Paul Lowry - April 22 - 8:06 amThis is simply the best car Ive ever owned, and Ive owned a broad spectrum of autos over 50 years of driving. Mine has been trouble free. Ive just replaced the transmission oil cooler and had a brake job done at 49,000 miles, but that would be expected after years of trouble-free driving. I am still running on the original Michelins, but intend to get a set of new tires this year. My wife and I enjoy taking day trips in our Pacifica because we feel so safe and it is both quiet and comfortable with excellent road manners in all situations from gravel roads to freeways. The only issues are the 15 mpg around town and poor visibility due to the thick pillars. 25 MPG highway, though.

most important feature - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By Country Girl - April 10 - 9:13 pmI never expected to write a review, but after the accident I am a #1 fan of this car. Say what you want about gas mileage, rear visibility, or repairs, this car is built like a tank. A driver ran a stop sign and hit me square on the left front drivers side. His car was a total loss, I had major (but fixable) damage to the fender, headlight, and bumper. The hood was undamaged due to the height of this vehicle. The car was still running even after a major impact and my young daughter and I got out without a scratch. I had reservations about driving such a heavy car when I only need to haul more than 4 people on an occasional basis, now I am a true believer in the 5-star safety rating!

Perfect (except for milage) - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By Adamson - April 5 - 10:00 amI have no complaints about this car/wagon/ minivan. I wish the milage was better, but I knew what I was getting when I bought it. I rides very smoothly, is quiet, has lots of room, and is not a SUV. The dealership was great and I got a price below what Edmunds told me was TMV. I would recomend this car to anyone.

I have had the same problems that I have seen in these reviews...broken tie rods, funky noises when turning, motor mounts cracked. But I love my vehicle!! It is so comfortable, sturdy, and solid. I love the look inside and out, and I have enjoyed the extras. I drive a lot, and I have put on lots of miles, but Ive enjoyed it so much. I would get another.

I Will Never Buy Chrysler Again! - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By shannon - March 31 - 12:04 pmI used to love my pacifica until this last Nov. 08. The motor mounts were cracked and Chrysler was unable to provide new parts(which I would gladly pay for) to fix my car. I searched everywhere and was unable to find the parts. My Pacifica sat in my driveway for 5 months undriveable! Chrysler denied my repeated request for a rental car replacement. I called Chrysler customer service every week for updates as to when the part would be available. First I was told the part would be available in March of 09, then Feb., then March again, then April. I finally found a mechanic who got the part for me in mexico. I was told there are 2000 other Pacifica owners going through the same ordeal.

I wish I could drive my wifes Pacifica! - 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
By Mr. Brunkhurst - March 13 - 2:53 amThis is my wifes ride but I wish it were mine (and Im only 38 and a car enthusiast!). I am very pleased with our Pacifica (and I thought Id never buy a Chrysler). Since I bought in July 04, I was able to get what I think was a very good deal with rebates and dealer discount. The ride is sporty yet comfortable. The car in silver with Chrome wheels looks great. The AWD really helps when the roads are wet (cant wait for snow) and the Michelin tires are awesome. So far, I am very happy with the vehicle except for tyring to back it up in the dark. The back-up lights are miserably underpowered.
