Overview & Reviews
The supercharged Impala SS joins the lineup for 2004. Besides offering 240 horsepower, the SS features a tightened suspension to allow it to take corners with a bit more gusto. Base and LS models have redesigned bench and bucket seats, and a sport appearance package is now available on the base sedan.
- Six-passenger seating availability, good crash test scores, torquey V6 engines.
- Vague steering, soggy suspension on base and LS models, low-buck interior.

What else offers you factory XM radio? - 2004 Chevrolet Impala
By missnothingcarcritic - June 9 - 2:00 amI looked at the Honda TL for 2004 ....nice car alright but forget sticker prices and far away dealers and questions of service departments....I got a 2004 SS loaded with every option from heated seats to factory XM, CD, bilateral power seats, sun roof, supercharged motor rated one of the ten best motors ever built all for $25,+++ with the incentives...for this price I even like black which I was not looking for in the beginning.

Love my Impala ! - 2004 Chevrolet Impala
By lin656 - June 2 - 2:00 amMy car is great to drive around town, roomy enough to take the kids on vacation and school but sporty and fast enough to be fun to drive. Great gas mileage on trips as well. I love the looks and feel of it.

By MATTPERCHPAGE - April 16 - 10:00 ammy 3.4 litre impala may be a hot rod, may have a huge interior, may be quiet and cost thousands less than the japenese cars, but it looks great and doesnt burn any gas either. 33mpg at 75mph. get yours today

I love it - 2004 Chevrolet Impala
By sjhooper - March 5 - 8:29 pmI drove an 06 Impala, Accord, Ford 500, Camray, and Altima. When I found this 04 LS with 19000 miles on it sitting in the front row with a $14,900 sticker on it - I fell in love. It has leather, a moonroof and all of the options. Any of the new ones with the same equipment would have run me at leat $12,000 more. I love the car, the ride, the way it looks, the gas mileage and the smell of all of that money in my pocket. If you see an 04 or 05 LS sitting in a lot - take a look and then take a drive. Youll be glad that you did!!! HEY - I LOVE depreciation! If I drive this car for three years I will only lose about $3000 in depreatiation - thank you to person that drove it first!

In love with my Impalla SS - 2004 Chevrolet Impala
By Annette - November 16 - 2:29 pmI have owned my Chevy Impalla SS for over a year now and am in love. This car is almost everything I hoped it would be. It handles like a pro on the express way and can pass just about anything out there. The gas mileage could be better, but being supercharged, its ok with me. I would recommend this car for someone who is looking for affordable luxury with a kick. This car is also very accomidating to teens. the back seat is very roomy and the trunk has pleanty of space for travel.
