Truly the Ultimate Driving Machine - 2004 BMW 5-Series
By ourtime - August 27 - 12:40 amBought my low mileage 545i not long ago and fell in love with it the first drive home. By far, the best car Ive driven and owned. With the equipped sport package it corners like no other and never leaves you questioning its abilities. Body roll is almost non-existent. The heated steering wheel and seats are great on chilly days and everything is laid out nicely. Interior materials and build quality rival anything on the market. Love the iDrive. To combine the amount of luxury and performance this car offers is pure genius. Nothing out there like it.

A Drivers Car - 2004 BMW 5-Series
By jpeg - July 28 - 2:00 amExcellent handling, solid build, low maintenance, fun to drive. This is a Drivers luxury car, built for performance, not necessaryily for interior comfort. There is absolutely no storage room what so ever. Where are you suppose to put your CD cases? Cup holder is a wasted effort in design, no intelligent thought what so ever went into its placement. This is the only car in the world that has both holders coming out of the passengers dash infront of the vents. Absolutely love the drive, hate the interior conveniences. 5 series hasnt quite reached "luxury" status yet. IDrive annoying at first, but once you get use to it, pretty amazing.

truly a driving machine - 2004 BMW 5-Series
By ERM - July 24 - 6:15 pmI have the 545i with the sport package. It truly is a fantastic car. I have owned it for 24 months and still have a lot of fun driving it every day. It is fast, responsive and really connects with the road beautifully. The car really performs well at higher speeds. My mechanic said "It really doesnt start breathing until it reaches 80 mph. I highly recommend this car, It is a pleasure and a joy to drive.

A Perfect 10! - 2004 BMW 5-Series
By Garrick - June 22 - 10:00 amThe new body looks very aggressive! The new iDrive system is much easier to use compare with the 7 series. The cars handling at corner is great! The interior feel roomy and luxury, more like a 7 series! Lots of optional equipment to choose from!

Meant for the Autobahn - 2004 BMW 5-Series
By jeeper3 - June 10 - 2:00 amSilver-Grey 530i w/sports package, cold weather package, rear heated seats, and xenon lights. I absolutely love this car. I have wanted BMW for almost 20 years now and I must say the 530i was well worth the wait. The handling is tight (best of any sedan, bar none), acceleration smooth and reasonably fast for a 6-cyl sedan, xenon lights are awesome; lights up the night like mid-day, heated seats a must w/leather here in Germany. Cant wait to take it back to the Rockies where I can put the adaptive steering through its paces. If youre able to, spring for the sports package...the added features and "ride like its on rails" road handling is amazing.

My new Beemer - 2004 BMW 5-Series
By Pdiddy - June 4 - 10:00 amI had this car about 4 months now. I thought i would driving it on occasion while using my other car as my primary car. Once i sat in the bmw...lets just say the battery died on the old car from lack of use. I think the 525 has enough power, and cant justify spending $5000 on an engine and only 17inch rims. Car handles smoothly. Love driving it. Only minor disappointment was dealing with the fiance dept which gave a low rate, then tried to raise it over 2.5% the day i came to pick it up. Almost decided to leave the car in the lot...glad i didnt though.
