Overview & Reviews
A power moonroof and Myrtle wood trim are now standard on all models. Brushed aluminum column trim is available as a no-cost option. Front lumbar support has been added to the Premium Package for all 325 models; a power top is now standard on the 325Ci convertible; and new star-spoke wheels are standard on the 325Ci coupe and convertible. The 330Ci convertible gets an auto-dimming rearview mirror, lumbar support and a universal garage door opener as standard. This year, the sequential manual gearbox (SMG) is available only on 3.0-liter models, and only in combination with the Sport Package. Buyers can now order both the Performance and Premium Packages together. Lastly, a flat tire warning and white indicator lights are now standard on all models.
- Still the standard when it comes to perfectly sorted vehicle dynamics, high-quality interior materials exude luxury, wide range of configurations to suit any style, available all-wheel drive for sedan and wagon.
- Still costs more than most of its competitors, limited rear-seat space and cargo capacity, confusing array of options and packages.

Almost perfect - 2005 BMW 3-Series
By socalh2oskier - June 5 - 11:00 pmThis car is nearly perfect...it has the perfect combination of sport and luxury. My only quibble--the navigation system--it is absolutely the worst I have ever seen--the NAV on my 2000 Jag is vastly superior--and it is 5 years older. The interface for the NAV is not user friendly--worse even than the much maligned I-drive. SKip the NAV, and the car gives enjoyment and exhiliration every time you drive it. Highly recommended.

330Ci - Excellent Choice - 2005 BMW 3-Series
By Bill - April 14 - 10:06 pmI previously owned a a 2001 325i (manual) sedan, and wanted more of a sporty car, so I picked the 330Ci (premium package, cold weather package, and sport package, steptronic). The handling makes this car, and horsepower makes a big difference. Steptronic in manual mode is a nice change from regular auto. Interior screams luxury. Best sports car I have owned.

BMW 3 series is the best in its class - 2005 BMW 3-Series
By Sam - February 4 - 5:40 pmI have spent months shopping around for a car that is luxurious, sporty, reliable, classy, a head turner, and has a low depreciation rate.I looked up BMW 3 series, Acura, Lexus, Infiniti, Audi and Mercedes Benz CLK. I came to the conclusion that the BMW 3 series is the one that met my entire criteria and exceeded the rest of the competition cars by miles. This car is a world class car and I am not saying that because I bought it, but because I shopped around smartly and took my time doing it. The performance is great, the looks speak for itself, the interior design is luxurious and very comfortable and the handling is superior. Worth the money. Must consider

I think everyone should drive this car. - 2005 BMW 3-Series
By LBaquiran - January 4 - 2:40 amThe ultimate driving machine? Pretty darn close. Excellent ride and handling. Quality and craftmanship is one of the best in class. May not be the quickest in its class, but who cares you wanna be seen in this car anyway.

Love my new Bimmer! - 2005 BMW 3-Series
By RyanB - October 31 - 2:56 amThe 325xi is simply the best buy all-around in a sedan on the market today. Besides having the aura of BMW that says, "Ive arrived", this car is reliable, comfortable, luxurious, sporty and very easy on the eyes. I love the heated seats, the all-wheel drive provides excellent traction in all weather conditions and the braking and handling on this car is superior to anything else Ive ever driven. The five-speed is smooth and sporty, and nothing beats the sound of an inline 6 rowing its gears! To truly understand the overall experience of BMW engineering, you have to drive one yourself. The fit and finish is immaculate, and the full maintenance package makes this a phenomenal buy!

Only Tested and Waiting to Pickup - 2005 BMW 3-Series
By Blandy - October 4 - 8:43 amI have checked out other $35k-$55k convertibles and the BMW 330ci was the all around best fit for my enjoyment with driving, power, style, handling. I have just ordered my 330ci and am looking forward to getting behind the wheel. The dealership has a great reputation and is very important for me. This is my 1st BMW and so far very satisfied.
