Overview & Reviews
A more powerful 2004 Audi TT 3.2 joins the lineup with a 250-horsepower V6 and a new "Direct Shift Gearbox," an automanual with technology that promises both smooth automatic operation and quick manual gear changes. A pair of gills at each front corner, a larger rear spoiler, unique wheels and a rear fascia accent distinguish the TT 3.2 from its stablemates. You can get the 3.2 in both coupe and roadster form. Also this year, xenon headlamps are now standard on all models.
- Distinctive styling, cutting-edge interiors, available all-wheel drive, optional Bose sound system is superb.

Worth it - 2004 Audi TT
By rbr2d - August 11 - 2:00 amI had previously driven an Audi TTR 225 roadster. While I enjoyed it to the end I was constantly hounded by the turbo lag that seem to be unpredictable in tight situations. I am not aggressive but there are times when turbo lag can affect safety. I now drive the 3.2 DSG roadster. Other than the problem albeit fixable one that I encountered with the overfilled compressor, it was a worthy change. No turbo lag. Though heavier, it still responds well. The tighter suspension also makes the drive more fun.

Pocket Rocket - 2004 Audi TT
By Ratbert - July 1 - 2:00 amTraded in my BMW330ci for this little monster. Got tired of seeing myself come and go at every light and this TT is distinctive. More than enough zip-- Sufficient room for 2 and luggage, this is a head turner. Quick, tight and FUN to drive, I love it.

Proof that you can improve on perfection - 2004 Audi TT
By ThirdTT - June 17 - 2:00 amI was a prior Porsche owner when I got my 2000 TT. When, in 2002, a 6 speed ALM became available, I simply had to have that red coupe. The 6 speed manual made driving such a pleasure, even in traffic. I so loved that car, I knew I would keep it forever. But then the 3.2 was introduced and a review by TechTV impressed me. I had to have that new transmission and it was time for a convertible. I have never regretted the decision.

Great Roadster.. - 2004 Audi TT
By alpinex - June 17 - 2:00 amLog in 500 miles on my TT so far and the car has exceeded my expectations. The car acceration is extremely quick from a dead stop. Handling is very responsive on tight turns, you also feel in control. Ergonomically the instrument panel is flawless and extremely easy to operate. The cabin space is fairly spacious for a 2 seater, much more spacious than the Z4. The TT is extremely fun to drive and worth every penny!
